Arbors at Island Landing Hotel & Suites

Amazing staff, family oriented-just a wonderful place to stay!!!

The Arbors at Island Landing was the perfect for our trip to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Everyone working at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property is well maintained, and it was quiet at night. The beds and furnishing are comfortable. The pool area was a hit with my family, especially the teens, who visited it every evening after our family outings. The hotel is within walking distance to many great locations, including the Island at Pigeon Forge. Dollywood is a short drive away. In addition, there is a trolley stop right in front of the hotel. My family had a great vacation, and we would highly recommend the property.

Good value for the area. Would be a good place to stay with children. I would book again.

It was a nice, family friendly hotel.

Hotel was very nice. Room was large and clean. Small maintenance issue (initiated by my family) had a very fast and complete response from staff. Value was good. Highly recommended. Breakfast was a discount at a restaurant across the street. This was a low point.

Rooms were updated and clean, the beds were comfortable, there are rocking chairs and tables outside the rooms on every floor to enjoy a relaxing time outside. All the staff were friendly and ready to try and please you. There was a covered patio area with a fire pit and they provided fixings to make s’mores which the kids and adults enjoy! On Thursday through Sunday evenings there is musical and comedy entertainment on the patio to sing along with and interact with. Definitely a family friendly place to stay. Breakfast is across the street where you get a stack of pancakes and coffee included with each night’s stay. Most of the people we met were repeat customers for several years. We would definitely go back and stay again if in the area.

Really great hotel. Staff is very friendly, room was clean and beds are comfortable. The hotel grounds are something I’ve never seen at a hotel before. You can have campfires, roast marshmallows, take a walk on the trail by the river or swim in their heated pool. The way the hotel rooms are set up is also very neat. My kids loves it so we’ll definitely be back.

The arbor was a very nice place to stay and close to everything. We walked to the island which was maybe a 5 minute walk. Everything was super clean and they even had an outdoor heated swimming pool which was super fun for the kiddos. Would stay there over and over again

This is a great place to stay whether it is just a couple getting away or a family. They have several in-site activities at no charge for people to do. The hotel was super clean and had been updated. The staff were amazing and they strive to make your stay the best one yet. I will book this hotel in the future!
