We stayed during the jeep invasion. The hotel is nice. The rooms are nice. The breakfast is really good. The pool area is great for kids. You can literally walk almost anywhere from the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bed was a little firmer than I’m used to but not that bad. The only negative was the room had a little bit of a musky smell but it’s not that bad. We will definitely stay again.

Our trip was awesome! The hotel was perfect and the girls were in the pool twice a day every day! The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Their concern for our comfort and enjoyment was commendable. We felt like family!

Everyone was super friendly and was willing to help out when needed. The pool area was clean and my children (7&10) enjoyed the water slide at the outdoor pool. I appreciated that every spot at the pool provided a good view of the pool so I could sit and watch my kids.
The indoor pool was nice and during the summer it was quiet. My husband and I liked winding down at the hot tub after a long day.
Very convenient location in pigeon forge. We were in the middle of everything! Free breakfast was more like a buffet. (Eggs, sausage, biscuits, sausage gravy, pancakes, cereal, bagels, toast, oatmeal, apples, juice, milk, coffee, hot chocolate).
Room service was provided everyday of your stay unless you put the no room service magnet on the outside of your door.
We stayed in a standard room. It included a mini fridge and microwave. Room was spacious enough for a family of 4. (Two adults, my kids age 7&10)

My family enjoyed our stay at the Willow Brook Inn. The Inn was very clean, in great condition and the staff were very friendly. The landscaping was fantastic and the outdoor pool area was very nice. The indoor pool was cool too but too hot for the summer time. The free breakfast was really good and always stocked from 7am-10am. The location was great as well, in walking distance of activities and restaurants but also easy in and out with your car. We would highly recommend this place for anyone’s stay in Pigeon Forge.

We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms were neat and clean. Comfy beds and very nice cleaning daily. We enjoyed the pool and when it rained we moved indoors to the pool and hot tub. The balcony doors kept all pool noise out which was awesome. We did enjoy sitting on balcony and having a beverage in the evening. Happy kids playing and having fun in the pool. The room was quiet and smelled fresh as did the bathroom. Very adequate breakfast and great coffee. Very nice staff, too. Would definitely return. Also, close to fun and restaurants.

Our room had a terrible “helicopter/vibration” noise created from the AC that made all 4 of us feel “off”. My husband said it messed with his equilibrium so much that we had to turn the AC off since that was the source. I booked this room because it was given an “excellent” rating and a 9 out of 10 stars but I am very surprised it was rated so high. The bed wasn’t super comfy. The staff was super friendly though and the breakfast was good. My kids LOVED the waterslide.

The rooms and property were very clean and well kept. The outdoor pool was nice and our kids loved it. Although they didn't swim in the indoor pool, we did check it out and it was nice as well.
Our only small 'gripe' is there was a lack of seating for four people in our room. Having said that we usually rent condos where there is more room overall, so the seating issue was probably more an 'us' issue than the property itself. We also had a slow drain in our shower and maintenance fixed it almost immediately.
Overall, we had a great time. You're within walking distance of go carts, mini golf, the Comedy Barn, a great steakhouse (The Alamo) and even the Island. As I said before, we normally stay in condos, but we're very open to staying here again.

We returned to Willow Brook for a second time and it did not disappoint. Our kids loved playing in the pools, going down the water slide, playing in the little kids pool and splashers, and even asked to eat breakfast there rather than going out. After breakfast, we enjoyed the river walk that spans just behind the facility. The facilities manager was very kind to offer us directions on the easiest route. We all slept like rocks. We will certainly return.
