We had a great family vacation here. I highly recommend this hotel. The beds were comfortable and the food was great.

I booked this particular hotel based on other positive reviews, so I feel the need to chime in with my own after our experience. This hotel room was disgusting; the floor didn’t look as if it had been vacuumed from multiple previous guests, there were scuffs and grime all over the walls, the bathroom was covered in hard water stains. Beyond that, the furniture in the room was cheap and uncomfortable and the mini fridge smelt like mold. The “suite” which is normally 2 rooms divided by a door was in this case just one open room with a hallway, MUCH to our dismay when we arrived with 2 toddlers that needed a separate nap/sleeping area. There was no breakfast offered, only a drastically overpriced and poor quality restaurant that served frozen pizzas from a “brick oven.” My husband and I so regretted not just booking a room at an Econolodge or something; for the price we paid for this room we didn’t even begin to feel we got what we paid for.

The pool area was perfect for relaxing and great size for the kids. The food was average and morning buffet was not worth the price. Additionally made to order breakfast was slow (20 min.) and incorrectly made. Queen beds were full size beds, disappointing.

We loved the friendliness of the staff at check in, very welcoming. Hotel room was spotless and comfortable but pretty small for price. We also don’t like the $15/person breakfast. Seems high for kids ages 5 and 7 and for the room price it seems breakfast could be included.

Booked this hotel based upon a stay years ago, however, I would not stay again. At check in, we requested our room be serviced and linens changed. The next day, we had to call the front desk and request service, as no one had arrived by 3. They did send someone to handle it, but I walked in to our pillows and comforter on the floor. Disgusting! We had 3 kids in our party who were excited to play in the pool. However, the pool was not heated and was so frigid that you could not stand to be in the water very long. Very disappointing. Do not expect anything extra - no complementary breakfast, no courtesy items (say if you forgot your toothbrush), no real interest from some of the staff.

This is a really nice hotel with some nice amenities. I was pleased that the online pictures represented the actual hotel. The staff was very friendly and available for pretty much anything we needed. There is a restaurant and bar in the lobby should you want to check them out. The prices aren't super expensive, but there are better options in walking distance. The outdoor pool has a slide for the kids to play on. They spent a good amount of time in the water. There is even a BBQ outside, but we didn't really mess with that. It's right near every major attraction in the area. you can get to everything within 15 minutes or so. Pigeon Forge is a pretty well known tourist trap, so it's nice to know you are near everything the family will want to do.

I was a little hesitant due to the previous reviews, but, I am the type of person that would rather go and experience it myself and write a review. The hotel is a great location, great view, the room was spacious and very clean. My only issue I had was noise , they had a church conference this past weekend that we were there, they had a lot of kids running around , knocking on doors being obnoxious throughout the evening. We were originally on the fourth floor, I asked to be moved due to the noise. The lady at the front desk Destiny was very helpful and move us to the sixth floor. I had to tell a few kids near my door to be quiet. Didn’t have issues ever since. Will definitely recommend for families.

My family (husband, myself and 3 rambunctious boys) stayed at this hotel for our family vacation and were very pleased. The property is beautiful and super close to restaurants, stores and attractions, the staff was friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean for the most part. Could use some dusting… but other than that, great place! We would definitely stay there again!
