Room was very clean, only thing missing was drawers. My family loved the body wash, shampoo and condition so much that I had to buy some. Pool was great, breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Loved the sky deck. Walked to the island with ease. Only left a star off for comfort because of the very uncomfortable pillows and the trash truck right outside our window at 5am. Otherwise, wonderful place to stay and will probably come back, with our own pillows.

The lobby personnel were nice. As far as the room the floors were so dirty my child’s feet were black!!! Our white towels were all stained. The beds are so uncomfortable. The white comforter was stained on the bed.

This is our 3rd year back to Tennessee for some R&R with the family. We love this hotel. It is always clean and smells so good when you walk in. No place I would rather stay! We have came in the Spring and Fall and this time it was July hot summer time. Always a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Hotel was nice, we stayed with my family for 6 nights. We had a king suit with the room with the bunk beds. Surprised to see a Super Nintendo, which was a hit with the kids. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice (outdoor). The roof top hang out had beautiful views.

We travel to Pigeon Forge often. This was our first time staying at Tru by Hilton. Great experience! Check-in was efficient. Facilities were clean and bright. The room was large with plenty of space. The bathroom was also large and clean. Lots of children because of the indoor pool and shared outdoor pool. The foosball table also attracted teenagers. We didn’t try the breakfast; there were so many people enjoying the breakfast we decided to eat elsewhere. Lastly, we loved the fact the facility was away from the main road; much easier for travel.

Great experience staying here. Walking distance from The Island and also close to most restaurants and attractions. I would recommend this hotel to people with kids as this hotel has 2 pools, and lot of games in the lobby that they can play and also breakfast has so many options. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My family and I had such a great time here, and we will definitely be coming again! This hotel has such a unique and fun setup. The sky deck is a great size and has separate sections for different groups to hang out, and the views are pretty. The lobby is a lot of fun, and we really enjoyed playing several games of foosball. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast was great, and kids had fun making pancakes themselves with the cool pancake machine. The beds could have been more comfortable, but the room setups were very nice and fun. I definitely recommend staying here.

We loved everything about the place. Felt safe, loved the breakfast that was provided, rooftop was awesome & beautiful to look out at night to see Pigeon Forge. Great place to bring your family. One thing that the bathrooms need in the rooms is a vent to draw out the dampness after showers.

Staff was very welcoming and accommodating for the most part. Did ask to have my sheets changed was gone all day and it hadnt been done. Told Jason and he made sure it got done. Breakfast was decent especially for it to be free. Saturdays Breakfast was better then Sundays. The young lady who took care of breakfast ans keeping the lobby clean durinv that period did a phenomenal job. Her hard work shouldnt go unnoticed. conveniently located and close to everything. The indoor pool is small but the outdoor water play is much bigger. My kids enjoyed the activities the hotel had to offer. We would stay here again. A microwave in each room would be helpful. The beds could be a little more comfortable as well. Overall not a bad stay.
