Hotel was clean. Breakfast served was great! I like being able to go have a hot breakfast without leaving. It’s close to shopping and there is a restaurant within walking distance by the waterway. The only “cons” were that there was only one working elevator and the other one broke down during my checkout. Me and my friend with kids booked right behind each other but for whatever reason on 2 different floors. Front desk person would not accommodate her to move to my floor even though we were early checking in and not many people were there at the time. I will definitely book again.

Customer service was amazing, the room was clean , love that they let our fur baby stay also. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Bathroom. When talking a shower the water drainage was extremely slow, 3 inches of water would comlect in tub. Wash clothes were worn out and one even had hairs on ìt. Bedpillows are worn out. The carpet needed cleaning. To make matters worst, we we awaken at 230am to a screaming child running up and down the hall; and a child running across the room above us from 3am to 630 am. It was unpleasant 1 night stay!

Great location for Hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful and attentive. Check in and out was easy. Beds were comfortable and room was pleasing. Overall look of Hotel was great. Stayed with hubby and 4 kids for 2 nights and would come back again!

The hotel staff was excellent!! I had three children accompany my fiancee and me on this trip and everyone went out of their way to see to it that everyone was comfortable, had all needs met, and knew where familiar with the vecinity before we set out on one of our adventures. We had a peaceful stay as well.
