I needed to find a place for family to stay overnight since we had a sick person in our household. The unit was spacious and comfortable w/a stunning view of the ocean. The only downside was check-in. You had to go to a different building, and their "pet friendly" policy is limited to service animals. Don't advertise they have a pet friendly policy if only service animals are allowed.

Went to check in w all my luggage and than told to go down the road to prints hotel to check in for this towers hotel So I had to go down three stories ,cross the road ,go up two stories ,get in my car, drive down the road 1 mile i'm tired I'm ready to check in then I have to wait behind a lady at the front desk at Prints that had to do the same thing an hour later I finally arrived in my room . . Would never recommend any of these hotels to my friends or family or business members

Everything was wonderful. The location was great. Everything was very nice and clean. Our children enjoyed the waterslide, the pool, and the lazy river...they were very clean and nice. We enjoyed the large hot tubs. Grocery, restaurants and ice cream within walking distance. The best place we have stayed so far!
