The hotel was great: the room service options were very limited: no children options. Very few adult options and they were not great

We t stayed here after our cruise and right before our flight home. So we arrived early and before check-in time, on a rainy day. The front staff was extremely helpful in accommodating my family of 4 and allowed us to check in early, which we appreciated! Room was extremely clean, beds were comfortable and cozy! Definitely recommend!

We stayed for 3 nights for a family trip everything was great! The staff of the hotel was very friendly and accommodating and professional ! Our room was always clean and we enjoyed the hotel restaurant ! No complaints. We had a pleasant experience!

My wife and two kids under three took a two-night trip to Charleston for fun. The staff was very friendly and the facilities safe and clean. The rooms are not luxurious but acceptable. We would absolutely consider staying again.
