Paid premium for a king room with a water view and was placed in a room on the first floor with only a view of outdoor eating patio. Family hotel with screaming kids. 2nd shift night manager was rude and condescending when approached about changing rooms and said there’s nothing she can do about it without her even trying.

Free shuttle service to the hospital in which our family member was a patient. Also free shuttle to downtown waterfront. Great help!

Great place! Building is older however they work hard at keeping it up! Rooms were very clean. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly. We will be back! Thank you for making our first couples stay in 17 years without kiddos a great one!
