Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Providence Airport Warwick

We stayed here for two separate one-night stays. We were flying in and out of TF Green airport and this hotel was nearby. It is convenient to walk to the airport from the hotel through a parking garage at the rear of the hotel. Our first stay was just ok. The person who checked me in was not very friendly. There was a large group of families with young children staying in the hotel. They allowed their children, ranging from 10-12 years of age to stay in rooms by themselves. This led to much yelling and banging on doors late into the night. For about an hour around midnight, I was unable to sleep due to the noise. I didn't want to call down to the front desk because my family was sleeping through the noise, and I didn't want to wake them. I booked this room approximately 6 months in advance and that turned out to be a mistake as I was charged the maximum price which later came down, but my purchase was nonrefundable. For our second stay about 2 weeks later, the person checking us in was friendlier. When I asked if we could get a to go breakfast because we were leaving at 4 am, I was told they don't have those. We were able to get muffins and bananas at 4am. Our stay this time was much quieter as there were no young children running around the hotel. I think this hotel is a decent choice for a short stay and if you want walking distance to the airport. It is clean and has a free breakfast. There is no pool.

My family and I have stayed here many times over the years and we have never been disappointed. Theladies at the front desk helped me with a problem and got us checked in quickly. Our rooms were both clean and ready for us. The breakfast choiced were very nice and good. We will be staying at other Fairfield Inns because of this one being so nice.

When arrived, no hair dryer or bathing prodcuts in room; had to call and request. Crusty residue on the carpet. TV was on its way out: dark at top and bright at bottom: reported and nobody came to inspect or check out. We traved with a group of kids, organizer of our trip didnt realize there wasnt a pool....oops. Very loud near airport.

Property is clean, basic with an excellent breakfast. Call to confirm reservation prior to arriving. We arrived after landing from France for a family wedding and were told that our room-- despite having paid for it-- wasn't available and we were directed to another hotel 15 minutes away. I had been up for nearly 24 hours and said that just wasn't oging to work. Front desk staff could not have been nicer, but policy to over-sell and then direct guests a distance away is absurd. Would be hesitant to stay there again for this reason, but the hotel itself was great.

Our bath tub/ shower hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was a water ring around the tub. The floor of the tub was very stained. The inside shower curtain was full of mildew. There were product rings on the shelf. The room phone didn’t work. The breakfast was mediocre as usual. American hotel breakfasts are abysmal. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size for our family of 4. I wish there was a seating area with a table to eat at. There was one chair at the tv table/ desk. A small table with a couple of chairs would be a good addition.
