Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Warwick-Providence (Arpt), an IHG Hotel

Everything was great. Young children were somewhat loud when we were trying to sleep. Only negative.

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but I did encounter one who wasn’t so pleasant and helpful. I stayed for days and had to request for trash cans to be changed, new towels, and for toiletries to be replenished. It was inconvenient for a family of four. I saw bugs near the breakfast area. Gross. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Very pleased with this hotel stay, easy access on and off 95 near airport @exit 29. Room was clean, beds were hard but everything else was great. Dove products in bathroom were a pleasant surprise. Free Breakfast was AMAZING workers were polite and keep the food fresh and area clean. Every possibility for breakfast was there and it all tastes good. This will be our go to Hotel from now on when visiting family.

The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean . Overall I was happy with my stay and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our first wedding anniversary. Upon entering our room, there were quite a few things that just didn’t sit well w us. The bathroom was disgusting and had not been cleaned, there were burn holes in the carpeting, the black out curtains looked speckled when the sun came through, either from dry rotting or just being old, the lamp shades had dead bugs inside, and the ceiling had water damage w fresh paint in spots to hide the damage. On top of it, the gentleman working the front desk texted me numerous times, inquiring about our stay, but it came across as very inappropriate especially as we were on a vacation for our first wedding anniversary. Lastly, the pool was being used for a birthday party for young children and puddles of water were left up and down the halls and in the elevators, which typically I wouldn’t think twice about, but I’m 6 months pregnant and it made both my husband and I anxious for me to walk anywhere without him being nearby. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

This is an all over the place review. Checked in on a Friday afternoon. The kids used the pool, everything seemed clean and orderly. Staff was fine. I had a little issue logining into the wifi but the front desk gave me an alternate code. Everything OK till 10:30 when two very nice women opened the door to our room and where (understandibly) shocked that their the room they were given for the night was occupied. The front desk staff called and apologized and said there was a computer error and I was never checked in in the system, which would actually explain the wifi issues because it asks for your last name and room. I would advise you that if you stay here and you have the same wifi issues make sure the front desk sees you as checked in or you will be surprised by other guests in your room. Pool was clean Friday but a cloudy smelly hot mess by Saturday evening. So there was the rough parts but the breakfast was great and the sound insolation in the rooms was really good! Bed was comfortable. We would stay again,despite the hiccups.

Hotel itself was great no complaints, apparently there was some sort of sports tournament in town so there were dozens of kids running wild in the hallways til late and we were tired from our trip so we didn’t get much sleep.

Pool is small kids had to wait until morning time to use has a limit of 10 people at a time there were about 25 people in it and had about 35 people in the area. Free breakfast was excellent and hotel is very clean. And easy on and off the highway.

The rooms and property were clean, and the staff was pleasant. I was with a group and the kids went to the pool, and it was awful. The dirtiest pool I have ever seen. Clumps of hair floating in the pool, along with other debris and grit on the pool floor.
