Used as a base for our family visits in the area. Room was pretty clean, although rug was questionable. Nice free breakfast, convenient location to airport. Served our needs; nothing special.

This is a nice, no frills hotel. My sister and I came out to visit family. We had separate rooms and the staff put us next to each other without us even having to ask which was nice. My room was spotless and the bed was comfy. The free breakfast had lots of options. The people working the area hustled and kept the tables clean and everything stocked. I will stay again when I am in the area.

they had an overwhelming amount of people from one big reserved setup, who essentially took over hotel via loud and inconsiderate behaviors after 1am. disaster. i had two kids with me.

Room was clean. Hard to sleep as other hotel visitors allows their kids to run up and down the hallways late at night playing and yelling.

I the night before my trip. TV did not work. Brought remote down to service desk, they put new batteries in, worked. Got up at 4am to catch a flight at 6 am. Turned the bathroom light on, saw bugs running on the floor to behind the tile. Gross!!!!!!!! A week later, I stayed again, because my flight did not get in until 2am. Floor was smeared with fruit that had dried. Different room, and they tv did not work. I thought, you have to be kidding me. I told the desk clerk the next morning. Went to eat breakfast, everything was empty. Went back to the desk clerk, told here there were no more eggs or bacon. She went and refilled everything. The pancakes and bacon were good. The eggs sucked. I have stayed at this hotel many times over the years, and I will have to say, these last 2 times were the worst. I probably will not stay here again. Sad.

We did like the fact no pets. We are all allergic to cats and dogs. What I didn't like about it. Is the bed. Way to hard and uncomfortable for me. My family had no issues with it.

We were talking excited about our stay in providence and got called for noice. We were not loud at all and got told to be quiet like children.
