Homewood Suites by Hilton Providence/Warwick

The room over all was cozy and clean, we were on the first floor… right next to the pool so kids were always running by and yelling.. our window view… well.. plastic and on the other side? Construction with very loud music playing later into the day and starting at 730/8am along with the beeping of the trucks, no sleeping in to relax.. the breakfast mediocre at best. Had to pay 10$ to park even tho there’s 100 lots around with no cars in them for random buildings.. ok for one night I guess.. we were supposed to stay 2 but canceled would not have booked this hotel if I knew it was under construction

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very clean, staff is very friendly and helpful and the room was a generous size. My kids loved the pool! I’d stay here again!

We were upgraded before we even checked in from a King studio to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite! Perfect for traveling with kids. Everything was great although one tv didn’t work. Thankfully we had two others!

Great hotel and staff. Was a bit dissapointed ti find the pool being renovated as the kids were really looking forward to swimming.

When booking there was a notification that their pool was closed until April 4. Booked our stay 5 thru 7. Upon check in was told the pool was closed for at least another week possibly 2. Needless to say the kids were very disappointed. The room was advertised as having a kitchenette. The stove had only 2 burners (electric) and no oven. The ice maker in the freezer made 5 ice cubes the whole time we were there. The silverware was grotesquely dirty. We put it in the dishwasher and it still came out filthy. The room itself was dirty, fingerprints on the mirror and Cheetos under the couch. The pillows were so flimsy it was like not even having a pillow. Went down to breakfast at about 8 am. There were no forks just spoons and knives. An hour later still no forks. Needless to say. My family and I will choose other accommodations in the future.

Would have rated 5 of 5 based on= Friendly 24-hr staff; GREAT Location to airport and shopping; All areas Clean interior & exterior; Breakfast excellent selection & quantities (staff right on it to replenish); Superb extras (pool, gym, basketball court, grill area, & LARGE lounge area). BUT, rated a 4 based on 3 items= ONLY 1 elevator (35 rooms each on 3 floors), sofa bed too lumpy for an adult (okay for a small kid); magnetic strip key card kept getting disconnected if placed near cell, keys (but they are supposedly converting key-entry soon). Would ABSOLUTELY return and advise others to stay.

It was good, but had to make up sofa bed for child, ourselves. No wash clothes. Had to retrieve fresh towels ourselves. Otherwise, clean, quiet, nice amenities, great breakfast. Lovely patio. We enjoyed ourselves.

It was a good stay the room was clean and staff were friendly My only negative is the pool has so much chlorine our skin has red rash and our eyes were burning my toddler was coughing we lasted 5 mins before rushing to the shower to get the chemical off the kids The kids were bummed out

Overall, this is a very convenient and lovely place to stay with family. This is also the only hotel in Rhode Island that I could find that has two-bedroom suites which is a huge plus!! They also have an indoor pool which the children love! The facilities manager is very friendly and helpful. Some of the front desk staff were friendly and some were not so friendly. My one concern was having to book to get your room freshened up, and when I did housekeeping did not show up. However, when I reported this to the front staff, they immediately came to the room and made the beds and brought clean towels. Overall, we will stay there again in the future.

The staff at this property were incredible! They went above and beyond to be sweet to our kids. They read to them, made paper frogs, and even got special paper for them. The property has some outdated things, and then some really updated sections. The breakfast buffet every morning was incredible, especially since it was free. The pool was nice and clean, the gym was small but had some nice options. And we even used the commissary a few times. The room was outdated, but clean. It was great to have a little apt and the fireplace was great. I would stay again!
