Stay was fairly normal but what sets crowne plaza apart is the service. Each person we encountered was more helpful than the last. Special acknowledgement to Jon Opele at the front desk who was more than helpful and made sure to take extra time to make the trip special for each of my kids. Jon is a credit to the hotel and when we return it will be because of him.

This hotel was all that we expected the room was spacious and clean, bed was exceptionally comfortable. The night we stayed there was a banquet for the Rhode Island Champions of Little League, so 100's of little boys and families everywhere, but there was very little noise at night and the hotel was spotless. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all.

I’ve never stayed at a property before this mismanaged. Do NOT stay here. I’m not kidding. There is no housekeeping on. The weekend and the tent outside was drier than the lobby. We stayed for 5 days and the elevators were never fixed… I can go on… do not stay at this hotel unless you have no other choice. It is run by a bunch of middle schoolers with no supervision

Our room smelled like mildew/smoke and the hotel had a lot of kids running around all over the place screaming. The price doesn’t match what I was expecting. More like a $150/night hotel not a $300!

First of all, I ask the the person in the counter we need it a set of towels and took them more than two hours to give it to us. In the morning it was so loud in the next room, that it weak us up. The air conditioning making a loud sound. It was a very disappointing experience overall. I will appreciate if you could at least refund me half of my stay to feel better, I was with the entire family on a road trip.

Air conditioner in the entire hotel had issues. Rooms set at 76 deg on a very hot day. Room changed x1. Engineer called to both rooms x3. All rooms Smelled Like mold. (Next day my family congested and coughing). Couldn’t leave because of a wedding in the hotel that eve. One great thing, Staff very nice and helpful did the best they could

Check in was great. Carpets need to be cleaned. There were kids running down the hallway after midnight. We went to the pool it was small and there had to have 20 kids plus adults in there.

I enjoyed saying at this hotel. However the last night I was there, a bunch of kids were running around the floor and making loud noises. I called the front desk twice to complain as it was past 11:00pm and I had an early flight to catch the next day. The kids appeared to be unsupervised and keep banging the room door shut. It was annoying and frustrating.

Our stay was great. We stayed the week prior as well as I work in the area. I travel to the area weekly and choose this hotel for a change from where I had been staying. My only issue is this week the heated pool was colder than the week before. The pool is great as the kids and wife travel as well with me at least 2-3 weeks a month. I booked again for next week and hope the pool issues are resolved by then.

Front desk gave us great reception. Our room wasnt ready but our bags were stored. I believe that the attendant was Joe. He comped us breakfast and was very considerate. Room was really comfortable. Hotel had a bunch of events so it was a bit busy and a little loud but i slept like a baby.
