Springhill Suites by Marriott Warwick

The room was nice, newly renovated. Swimming pool. Comfy bed and pillows. Shower with great water pressure was fantastic! Safety concern: The elevator doors do not have an automatic open if something or somebody is in the way of doors closing. Could be a hazard for children. Issue with key cards, but quickly resolved. Breakfast was nice with Belgian Waffle maker!

Convenient to highway and good for families. The pull out sofa was a twin but an actual mattress which was sturdy and more comfortable than a traditional sofa bed. Breakfast is reasonable but beware of the eggs.

The hotel was overbooked, we made reservations 2 weeks ago, they never called to let us know that we didn't have a room available. We got here with 6 people (3 of which are children) to find out we had no room.

Took the family for an overnight stay to get out of the house and enjoy the pool. The pool area could be cleaner…trash overflowing and hair in the corners of the hot tub area from one day to the next….so clearly not cleaned overnight. Hot tub not very hot either . Room was fine no complaints

I enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect for my family I will definitely recommend!

Checking in only 1 luggage cart for the entire hotel ( was told unapologetically that other had flat tire) . Then when we explained the refrigerator was not very cold i was told “ I’m here alone, what do you want Me to do about it?” In a fairly rude tone. I understand possibly not having staff in hand but a “ I’ll look into it” or “ can it wait until morning?” Anything like that would have been appreciated- after none of that said or offered staff then said “ well what? Do you want to switch rooms?” I’m mobility impaired, traveling with kids and we had just lugged everything up to the 4th floor with No cart that would have been a Huge Inconvenience….. it wasn’t even so much about the refrigerator at that point but more about the Tone of the entire interaction…… extremely disappointing. We later went to the pool which had no towels and hot tub level was very low ( tgat was rectified before we left , refrigerator was never addressed) we understand it’s a busy travel weekend & we are not unreasonable but the attitude really made an impact to the point we wouldn’t recommend staying here .

The staff from the top down are professionals. Even with multiple teen ball teams and their families staying on site, the hotel funtioned like a well oiled machine.

Property was kept clean in public areas. We did not get cleaning service daily. Had to request clean towels a couple times before they arrived. Ran out of shampoo and body wash and had to eventually go down to front desk to collect. Most times items for breakfast ran out 20 minutes before the end time. If you wanted to get the full breakfast you need to go within the first hour. Front desk staff were always missing at night if you needed anything. Stayed 6 days with my family of 5

Called ahead from two hours away to verify the hot tub and pool were both operating and was told they were, so booked our night once confirmed as these were important to us. Literally as we arrived for check-in the hot tub was taken offline due to some form of contamination and was told it would be 48 hours before usable again. Not the staff’s fault of course but a disappointment nonetheless. Strike one. They emphasized the pool was still available, which it was. However, as we and the grandkids soon discovered it was freezing cold. Strike two. There also were no towels available at times as the staff seemed to have difficulty keeping up with demand (to be fair the pool was packed as it is a school vacation week). Still, another inconvenience to have no towel when emerging from a freezing pool. The room itself was fine for the most part and it was perfect, so we thought, that it had TWO TVs. Great, one for us and one the kids can watch we thought. Except that only one appeared to be working. Strike three. I wasn’t going to have maintenance or someone from the desk come up to look at it at 930 at night but I will let them know for the next guests’ benefit. Overall, not the experience we had hoped for considering the price paid!
