Hilton Garden Inn Providence Airport/Warwick

Unfortunately we had to leave only a few hours after checking in due to a family emergency but the time we spent there was great!😊

We had been hoping for some kind of free breakfast, but desk offered $17 per person to eat, and children at $10. Most hotels we have stayed at do offer breakfast. Everything else was fine.

I arrived at this property to check-in after my room was paid in full/already withdrawn from my bank account, to have the front desk rudely tell me my reservation was canceled. With zero explanation, support or sympathy. She offered me to pay for another room, a room with one king bed for two adults, two older children and a puppy. Knowing this- she did not offer a cot option. $1,700 for a two night stay, needless to say I was extremely disappointed with my customer service at this location. After spending hours over the phone, trying to get things straightened out, management tried to make it right. I would not stay at this Hilton again.

Lobby and staff very friendly. Room was clean and was perfect for a family vacation. Food service was very good.

When booking I used the filters Hot tub and Tub. Our room had neither. Also I was duped by the web site and thought I was only booking the room when it was actually a Bed & Breakfast package. I did not want to buy breakfast there. But we got 2 "Complementary" breakfast vouchers which i actually paid for. The food was lousy, the OJ was half water, the waffle wasn't even close to being cooked and the bacon was burned. The staff were nice but upon check out I was unable to even discuss my issues with the Front end manager as she was busy "putting out fires" with other unhappy guests. Oh and did i mention the 100's of kids storming the pool area as their was a bunch of baseball teams here for a tournament. They were very loud in the halls. Just overall a bad experience for $400 for one night.

We were very pleased with front desk staff especially! Would stay there again as we have family in Pawtucket.......................actually Cara's Mom who stayed there and sending the review. Could use better signage for out-of-towners.

Invited to the Brown graduation 8 miles away and stayed here. Used rideshare to get to and from downtown Providence and the school, average ride $25-30. Desk staff was super friendly. Room was fresh. We declined housekeeping so can't comment on that. Could not figure out how to recycle. Fitness center was very decent, stuff worked. Loved the independent unaffiliated restaurant adjoining, farm to table type food, what a great neighbor. Hotel breakfast was not free and looked like an average buffet, but coffee and tea were free all day, that was great. Saw ppl w kids enjoying the pool. A little noise from outside areas that settled down at by 10 pm. Plenty of free self parking including disabled and other spots large enough for my pickup. I'd stay again.

The hotel was just great. We had a comfortable room, the staff was very professional and friendly, and the location worked for visitng family and friends close by. I would definitely stay here again.
