I liked the simplicity of the rooms with a modern style. I definitely didn't like the curtain as a door for the bathrooms. No privacy if going with your adults kids. The toylet area has a sliding door but is not enough.

Upon arriving I was told there were no rooms in upper floors ready and then magically after I asked for a manager there was a room available. Booked this hotel for the rooftop experience and it was closed all day for an evening event. I understand the public having no access but a paying guest? My kids just wanted to look at noon and they said no. Crib was nice but had full sized adult sheets!

We moved from Rhode Island to Florida 20 months ago and travel back up there often to visit family. This time we decided to try the Aloft and we were delighted. The hotel is fresh and modern and clean and every staff member from the valets up to front desk, bartenders, and cleaning staff were very friendly. The beds are comfortable and there is an awesome outdoor area for lounging or having a drink. We honestly can't say enough good things about this place and we will absolutely be staying there for all future trips. The location was also excellent with plenty of things within walking distance and easy access to route 95.

We decided to stay at a more upscale hotel for a family weekend. It looked fun and modern. There was not enough staff pretty much the whole weekend. It took 20+ minutes to check it. It took 30 minutes to get our car from the valet service. Lines for everything. The staff were friendly. They probably wished they had more help, too. The room was smaller than it looked online. The TV didn’t work. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Their internet was down so we could not check in. They did escort us to a room but had to check first if it was occupied by opening the door. Since we do not have keys, we would need to be escorted to use the elevator as well. While my wife was in the room someone entered from the staff to let someone else into the room. Also while we were out we left the tv on in case someone again tried to enter the room, maybe they would leave. Came back the tv off and remote moved. So someone was again in the room and shut the tv off. No way to switch the light on in the toilet without the entire room lit up so had to aim and hope. Shower is open for all to see, only door is for the toilet. So this is not family friendly!! Very expensive, find a different place to stay. $32 a night for parking.
