A quick family trip and the hotel location and accommodations were just what we needed. The hotel is close to everything yet not right on the main road, which was nice for quiet time. The staff were accommodating, rooms were clean, and was in walking distance to a nice restaurant.

Recommended by a family member. Friendly associates, nice breakfast and clean fresh rooms. Booked another stay in November.

I have stayed here multiple times in previous years and have recommended family members to stay here as well when they traveled through the area. I was appalled at non cleanliness this stay. The sofa was so filthy I had to lay a bath towel on it just to set anything on it. The floors in the bathroom were extremely dirty. There was also two greyhound buses their with college age males that acted like unruly 12 year old's running up and down halls, slamming doors and extremely loud from 9:00 pm until well after midnight. We made a complaint at the front desk which still had not been addressed until my husband had to go to the front desk an hour later.

We traveled with our grandchildren and specifically told we had 5 people in the room. There were no extra sheets or blanket for the pull out, and we had to walk down to the desk to get the sheets. Customer service was not their strong suit.

We have stayed at the Strasburg holiday inn express 4 times now because it’s familiar and cozy. A working Amish farm across the street is a beautiful view. My kids love the indoor pool. The staff is made up of kind, older folks that are always happy to talk to my kids.

Nice location, away from the noisy highway with great farm views. Breakfast buffet had plenty of good options for kids and adults. Hotel room was clean. Front desk staff was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.
