We visited from Ireland, along with our friends from Maryland, at the end of June. The hotel was lovely and perfect for our trip to Lancaster and visiting the Amish Country.
The hotel has a quirky steamboat design (tribute to the designer of the steamboat) and elegant southern style. The rooms were also elegantly styled and very clean and comfortable. The restaurant served a really nice breakfast and the bar also served nice food + had a good range of drinks. The barman very kindly let me sample a local beer to see if I liked it. There is also a gift shop on site and an indoor pool, which was a hit with the kids. There is a duck pond and play park outside too.
There are gas stations nearby, plus Tanger outlets and some food outlets. There is a Target close by too (next to the Amish Farm) and it is handy to Dutch Wonderland theme Park (a great trip for the family).
It is a short drive into Lancaster and also well situated for a drive to Litiz (really worth a visit) and Strasbourg (which has the steam train railway ... also well worth doing).
This was our first time in Pennsylvania and will definitely be back.

During our 2 week roadtrip and 4 different hotels this was our favorite! We loved that place! Unique and so well decorated, and you can tell someone takes care of it with a lot of love as it was super clean and all in perfect condition.
Rooms were spacious, bed very comfortable, shower with that perfect water pressure. The service was amazing and so friendly. Outside was even better - kids loved the playground and we enjoyed watching over them and ducks in pond.

We had a great time here as a family. The hotel was pristine and the staff could not have been nicer. Our kids loved the pool and the grounds where ducks roamed freely and the ponds were filled with koi. The location is minutes from many places to eat, Dutch Wonderland, outlets, etc. Will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fulton Steamboat Inn! The unique hotel take you back in time, is decorated very nicely and makes you feel like you are on a real steamboat! The staff is friendly, our room was clean and comfortable and the restaurant was great. We enjoyed the scenic views of the Amish farms from our windows and from the little pond outside. The playground is great for the kids and the pool and game room was a big hit as well. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back!

We stayed with our kids and it was a mini vacation for us. We were so surprised when we arrived at the Fulton steamboat Inn! It was clean, my kids loved the playground, being able to feed the ducks and the fish, and even their pool was perfect for them. Everything was clean and ready on time. We will definitely be back!

Was really happy with our stay. The decor and feel of the hotel was so fun, especially for our small children who thought it was a real boat. The restaurant was excellent and grounds well kept. Loved the playground. Lovely staff and everything went with ease for our time there.
