I wish I had noticed that this was a pet friendly hotel...it meant that it wasn't the cleanest or warmest feeling. It was a very basic hotel. Very family-friendly and kids were overrunning the place at all hours--very noisy. Breakfast was excellent and staff were very competent and friendly.

This was an amazing 2 night stay! We stayed in a double room and it was huge, sleek, and IMMACULATE! My family throughly enjoyed our stay. The amenities were so convenient and the pool was clean and warm. And please don't get me started on the staff, Issac, and Deanna alone are worth another trip back! Will definitely return as soon as we can!

Since there isn't carpeting in the rooms you can hear the guests above you walk around. (This was normal walking. I cant imagine how loud if would be if there were kids running around.)

Stacy was our front desk person and she was amazing with my children and so helpful. The hotel had everything we needed and the breakfast was good.

On a busy road so there’s some street noise. Very close to an amusement park so expect a lot of children to be staying. Lots of breakfast options and friendly staff. Near lots of shopping if that’s your thing!

The lobby was packed with very loud groups bother late at night and for morning breakfast. It's great if you're staying with young kids/families/group outings but if you're looking for a quiet place for a getaway this is not it. The staff is great, friendly and good at keeping things tidy in the common areas. Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable but relatively small and overpriced for their size. I would not stay here again.

The stay wasnt so bad. The gameroom is not a gameroom but two foosball tables and a few broken and dirty board and puzzle games for kids. They should have microwave s in the rooms but I guess with it being so small, cant fit. Ice machines should also be on each floor. The tv remote doesn't work well. Breakfast is not that great, almost the same everyday. Floors and walls are thin, heard neighbors upstairs and next door. Had to make three complaints.
