Bed sheet linens had black marker stains on both bed sheets, toilet seat was broken (kept shift when using the bathroom), and the refrigerator was turned off (having a toddler and storing the milk made it inconvenient).

Great property with kids and the staff are phenomenal!

I have never stayed at a hotel where staff allow many children and adults to hang in the lobby like its an amusement park. I will never stay at a Sleep Inn again. I need order. Playtime should be in your room not where guest have to come in and out of the hotel. Its probably regular practice since the hotel desk representative said nothing.

We had a 2 night stay and after the first night housekeeping whom didnt even speak English came to my room multiple times despite telling them we did not need service. Every time someone left the room they would open the door and just look at us. We were starting to get uncomfortable as we were with small children. The pool was amazing the first night. However the second day it was filthy !! , overall the hotel its self and front desk staff were good.

This is our second stay at the property, first in last year in May. We rebooked the property this time because of our last positive experience. However, this time we felt that the hotel staff kept a very "close" eye on the food being consumed in the breakfast area. We reason that the property is operated by the owner/family. We understand that cost control is important but being "too penny-pinching" is NOT good for business development. This is a Choice Hotel property on the main street of America, not a mom & pop lodging in a developing country. We will be back if the hotel staff relax a bit more and take off the "warning" sign from the breakfast area (you know what I mean as the staff "pointed" it to me!)

Stay was good. Had a broken fridge and they replaced. Was difficult to give small child a bath, stopper in tub didn't work. Hotel did offer a military discount but we were unable to use bc we booked online. Hotels.com should offer discount as well.

We checked in late and we were very tired. The room key would not open the door. The front desk tried and it didn’t work either. He had to get the master key to let us in to a freezing cold room in December. The heat had been off completely and it was so uncomfortably cold we had to wait half an hour to get out of our clothes. Then as my kids were nearly asleep, a large painting fell off the wall above the bed and crashed down on his head.

The property is located on a busy business district That has everything that you're looking for from attractions to food to entertainment for families The rooms were very clean the betting is comfortable The rooms were very clean the betting is comfortable The breakfast was adequate The staff was friendly and helpful Holland hall it's a great hotel and I recommended highly to everyone
