Our favorite place to stay while visiting Lancaster. 2 pools you can't go wrong with kids. Wonderful breakfast!

Hotel staff was very accommodating, let us check in early. Breakfast was very good, a lot to choose from. Room was clean and nice size. Grandkids enjoyed the indoor pool. Definitely would stay there again.

The room looks clean but old. It was noisy… you can hear kids running on the second floor and other guests talking on the hallway. Bed not very comfortable. Free breakfast was very good. Staff are very nice

The beds was very uncomfortable and Squeaky the room had a very bad smell the blankets was old and out dated i was in town visiting family decided to stay at last minute unfortunately all the hotels was full but at 200 a night yoy except something at this point i would have been better of sleeping in my vehicle.

The property is very nice. Our room needs to be updated. Wallpaper peeling and the window curtain was torn and the light kept creeping in the morning. The chairs in the room were deep as you sit down. The floor rug smelled musty. The toilet pressure is weak and you have to hold the knob down for it to flush properly. The breakfast was good. Some bananas and oranges would have been good. Also the kids upstairs and on our floor were running and the parents were having loud conversations in the hallway at 10:30pm. This is not acceptable. There should be a sign in the elevator and in the hallways regarding no running or talking in the hallways at night.

Our room was very large, plenty of space for my family to spread out. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. My kids loved the pool. It's a great place to stay.

We had to complain to the front desk twice about noise from the 2nd floor (rowdy, noisy kids). The first complaint had no resolution. it took a second attempt at complaining about the noise--at 11:30pm

The indoor pool was a plus for my kids. But the pool could have had more maintenance. I caught some random hairs and felt a bit ‘yucky’while swimming with my kids.
