My family and I always stop at La Quinta in Ronks for our family vacation. We live it there as it is located in the middle of everything. Restaurants galore and the American Music Theater are just minutes away. Hotel also has a nice swimming pool we used every day we were there. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay with all the anemities.

Becca the front desk employee was so kind, she chatted with us while we were checking in, she was knowledgeable about the property. When she saw us in the parking lot she stopped and spoke to us asked us how our stay was, she spoke with my children. The property is clean, the staff us friendly, breakfast was good.

The rooms we extremely clean and well stocked, staff were very friendly and helpful Our bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby, I loved my pillows, the breakfast was great with a good selection to choose from

I love that I can go with my whole family including my dogs with no problem. Love that is close to many dining places, stores and Sights and Sound theater.

Did not go to the Hotel due to a death in the family,Lost $100.00 due to their non refundable policy will never stay there again it sucks.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was beautifully decorated, very clean and the staff was very pleasant. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Many amazing things to do and something for everyone ❤️….We will be coming back anytime we stay in Lancaster.

Location is great. Close to all the activities that we visited. However, the bathroom needs updating. Shower and cove base. Also, the coffee maker is the bathroom, not sanitary. There's plenty of room for it to be in the living space. Small mini iron board, I've never seen this at a hotel.They need to invest in some full size iron boards. It did get noisy one evening, it sounded like kids were jumping up and down. Excellent customer service and the lobby was beautiful. Breakfast was a little disappointing, I expected some bacon or sausage and home fries. They did have everything else to enjoy your breakfast. Overall it was okay and we were on the go a lot so didn't spend much time in the room. We didn't make it to the pool but it looked inviting, other people were enjoying it. Not sure if I would stay here again for my next visit, the bathroom was a major issue for me.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and well kept. This seems to be an older hotel, so there was some wear and tear visible, but a staffer said that they will begin a complete overhaul quite soon. Over all, this was a good hotel to stay in with our grandkids.

Overnight front desk person was nowhere to be found for several minutes when doing a late check in. My family had to look around to find the guy. However, after check in - all experience was wonderful. Room was very spacious and clean. Would for sure stay again.
