Cork Factory Hotel

We absolutely loved the ambience and history of the hotel. Our room was more than comfortable - very spacious and perfect for having our family who was also staying here spend time with us all together. The hotel restaurant was delicious. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

It was near one of the best children’s museum in US and Quips an excellent restaurant and the front desk staff was awesome.

We received a phone call both nights stating that the room next to us said we were being too loud and their kids couldn't sleep. We were having casual conversation in our hotel room at a reasonable hour. No tv, no music, no parties, no drinking. It would appear they put us in an adjoining room to them based on the door in our room that appeared to lead to another room. It seems absurd that you can't carry on normal conversation in your hotel room. This is not a problem I have with the staff or hotel itself but this seems like a problem that perhaps they need to address. Were the people complaining told that we were not doing anything wrong and perhaps there are other reasons their kids couldn't sleep, such as the noisy helicopter, etc outside??? I am a little frustrated to say the least.

Nice hotel overall. Just a couple minor maintenance issues (bathroom outlets didn’t work and bulb out over shower). Location decent if you don’t mind being farther from the action. But a great brewery and the children’s science museum are very close! On-site restaurant with a nice bar!

The staff were very professional but also personable at check in. We enjoy l enjoyed the historical ties of the properties but wished for a little more to educate us on the details of its history. No coffee pot in the room is a bit of a downer if you wake up earlier than the coffee bar in the lobby is set up. There's a Peruvian chicken place a few steps from the hotel that really came in handy as we came on the one night the restaurant was closed. I wish we had planned better so we could have experienced it. The room was quaint but comfortable. My family had a picnic style dinner on the floor as the furniture did not provide us with a small table we could use. Other than the restaurant, there doesn't seem to be any real amenities on site. We explored the area which has likely seen better times. We discovered a family fun place for our daughter to workout some of her energy. Looks like a beautiful venue location.

Hotel was very unique, very clean, and the food was great! I was worried about bringing two young kids, but there was no concerns once we were there!

Parking shared with another office lot. Can be a problem if you check-in on the wrong day. Nice restaurant on site not always open. No others nearby. This also applies to breakfast. Only free coffee in the morning. Near a family event. Didn't want to get lost dealing with Lancaster As gorgeous and expensive as this location is, I would not stay again
