Hampton Inn Lancaster

A very nice, quiet hotel, with a pool and pool area that feels spacious. We enjoyed our stay. Hotel room and general areas were clean, and we appreciated the cordial staff. Good for families. We stayed here for Hersey, which was about 40 minutes away but worth it. Breakfast was good. P.S. Starbucks is next to property, gas station and McDonald’s across the road.

I stayed at this hotel for a family event. The room met my expectations of cleanliness and comfort. The customer service was exceptional. Planning on staying there again when I return to the area in the near future!

The employees were nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfasts was good and they had many choices to chose from. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Peace be with you all!

We were treated very well, and the grandkids loved the stay.

What I enjoyed most, was my ability to bring our small family dog, and the room selection, which allowed us a first floor room with a walkout door to the outside. There was a nice area to take my dog to play, with a path green grass, and dog pick up and discard. The room was comfortable and clean with new mattresses. Apparently new carpeting and window treatments. There was a small fridge and a microwave a desk area. Plenty of light and mirrors. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed the 24 hour coffee and tea bar. Breakfast was as you would expect at a Hampton Inn. But everything was clean and fresh. I am not want to eat eggs and sausages and things on a buffet. But there were other options such as yogurt, fresh fruit, dried cereal, toast, etc. we did have one problem with an unexpected and unnecessary charge on my credit card. But when I brought it to the attention of management , she addressed it immediately. If I were to be in the area, I would definitely stay here again. We also liked that there was a gas station nearby, restaurants nearby, and the highway close by.

Was a nice stay overall. Met all of our needs. Breakfast seemed to have fallen off a bit from what I remembered. Shower had funky smell of mildew when showering. Bed and pillows could have been better. Location was great to see family and sites. Service was excellent. Always love the cookies! Pet friendly which is nice

It was a good experience for my family during the visit in Lancaster. Staff was very helpful.

Please have sheets and a blanket in the room when a family of 3 is staying in a room with a pull out bed.

Everything was very good. Facilities were very nice and clean. Only issue I had was the price was very high but we stayed for a wedding and other family members stayed there. $250 a night was definitely on the higher side compared to other options in the area.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. We liked the outdoor pool. The treadmill in the fitness center needs upgrade or repair as it didn’t work. The room was clean and staff came to change bedding quickly when my daughter spilled her drink on it. Beds were comfortable. We had an adjoining room but were not with the people next door. It was very loud in our room. We would ask to be further from people next time as I had young kids who go to sleep by 10 and at 11 they were still yelling. Breakfast had many options which was very nice!
