The hotel itself was great! The staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, we were not warned that a cheerleading competition would be there. The elevator took forever and kids were screaming and yelling, running up and down the halls, knocking on our door over and over. We got no sleep for 2 nights.

I would’ve rated them higher except for the fact that parking is not free ($15/night) for such a high-end hotel that’s weird. Also, our room lock wouldn’t work at night and we had to wait for the maintenance guy to come (who was great by the way but was busy with a previous project so took a while to show up). The lock needed a better change and to be re-programmed which took a while. Inconvenient when you’re trying to put 2 kids to sleep

Great experience. Staff are wonderful. Beds are small, and there are no vending machines, if your traveling with children, bring snacks. The Starbucks closes early.

We stayed one night for a family event in Lancaster. Very nice and clean room and the since the hotel is a part of a convention center there were plenty of amenities. And, it is in the center of everything in downtown Lancaster

We were disappointed that the pool area was being renovated. Also that our family of 5 was unable to stay in one room.
