Kim was very helpful at breakfast. She kept myself and family laughing. She's such a joy to be around. I'd give her 10 out of 10 for excellent service.

This is a pretty modern hotel that looks new/newly renovated. The rooms are roomy and clean. We got a double bed room with a sofa bed that has its own curtain divider for privacy. We only had 5 people, but the room is able to sleep 6. We are traveling with kids and we really appreciated the many wall shelvings and tables/storage areas in the room that enabled everyone to stole their possessions in plain sight. There’s a wheeled large table that was put against the TV console table, but can be pulled out all the way by the beds so the kids can use it as a dinning table. The kitchenette had all the dishes and utensils we needed. Hot Breakfast was good, but it seemed there wasn’t enough staff to replenish the breakfast sandwiches or that they underestimated how many guests were staying there.

I was look to get rooms side by side so I could be by my grandkids as advertise but love it

Very convenient parking. The location was centralized to where we wanted to go. About 30 mins to Hershey Park. 40 mins to Shady Maple smorgasbord. 30 mins away from the Pennsylvania train museum. There was complimentary breakfast provided from 6am to 10am. The only complaint was the bathroom. We specifically requested a room with a tub for our child to bath in. When I started the bath there was floating black mold coming from the drain.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms are very bright and airy. There is no lock on the bathroom door, and the door slides open all the time, so you basically need to use the bathroom with a open door, because it's a sliding door. Which was horrifying, because i went with a few little kids. When i told the front desk about it, she said, yeah, there's no lock on any of the bathroom doors because of 'safety' . I've never had that experience before in any other hotel. The kids were excited to go swimming, however, the pool was closed for maintenance all 3 days when i was there. Very very disappointing for the kids.

It was the first time for our family to tryout this property; instead of staying at Homewood Suites on 200 Granite Run Dr. - We will be back again next year. . . . and will try to book earlier for better total cost.
