Very clean and family friendly. The breakfast bistro and pool were amazing!

I stayed here again from 6/22-6/24 & I stayed here from 11/24/23 until 11/27/23. Both times staff were excellent, room was clean, hotel was clean, and while there was some litter outside I think it was teenagers being teenagers. The bed was comfortable, I wish I had a bath tub, I didn’t have one last time either. I wanted to try the pool and hot tub again because I didn’t have a tub, my only issue was the chlorine was SO strong that after I went I last time not even being in the hot tub for hour my eyes were burning, as were my nose and throat, and my throat continued to burn long after I got out that night, after I showered that night, and into the next morning. If I were to stay here again I went to the area but there was a kid and their father was not. Not an issue , they are allowed, I just wanted quiet. The restaurant in the lobby was okay, the food options were boring and I went with Grubhub again. The buffet for breakfast was the same as last time, plain bagels, muffins, fruit and yogurt, apple and orange juice, scrambled eggs, home fries and sausage, but they had bacon this time. They still only had Starbucks coffee. If you are a Dunkin Donuts person, sorry, they have one very close by. They had more do not disturb signs and one for pets.

Our stay was 2 nights so they did not come in & straighten the room or change towels on day#2. Front desk person said “we only provide that service if you stay 3or more nights”. No one ever told us when we checked in. Had I known this I would have stayed elsewhere. Many families with dogs at Bistro - thought eating areas were “no pet” areas. Sadly, we were not impressed overall.

Great stay for our family in town for thanksgiving!

The hotel was clean. Check in and out was very quick. Our room was right by the firepit, which was noisy. With kids, that was inconvenient. Overall, good stay.

It was clean and family friendly. Staff was great the only complaint is the hot tub wasnt working and was part of why we booked our stay. The pool was nice and clean though.

I was upset with the pool my 10 year old wanted to swim and these other kids were in there playing volleyball and the parent didn’t say a word it was very rude and I was waiting for it to hit me or my family wouldn’t have been good . Also they never mentioned about the breakfast was not impressed .
