The room was very clean. My kids loved the heated pool. Breakfast was delicious with many varieties. Staff was all friendly!

My family and I stayed for two nights in April 2024. We would have given 5 stars all around except for a staff member at the breakfast buffet. She was irritable, angry, and repeatedly condescending and rude to people getting their breakfast items. She yelled at my son to “get out of the way” and did the same thing to other children. One mom came up to my husband and I to express her disbelief, stating “did I really just hear that?” My husband spoke with the manager who did seem to address it which was good, but it left a bad taste in our mouths for this hotel. Otherwise, property was clean and close to Hershey Park.

Property and room were very clean. They are not able to accommodate large groups very well. We were staggered on multiple floors which may have disrupted other guests experience with kids in and out doors often. There is no conference center and they abruptly close the lobby at 10. They do have an outdoor fire pit that was cozy but the weather was on the chilly side.

The property is really nice but an issue with the room…it was renovated with a barn door on the bathroom and it has no lock or latch and no way to keep it closed (from kiddos in the room with you). Soooo no real privacy in that regard. Otherwise, love everything else.

It was okay for the price. Breakfast food was wonderful with a variety of options and it’s free. So for a single mom with two kids that helped a lot. But there were spots or some sort of stains on our bed linen which really freaked me out. As well as some of the pillows. But I stripped the beds and placed layered disposable sheets and pillows cases on our beds. It was convenient because they’re a lot of near by restaurants and a shopping center directly across from the hotel. Also it was a 16 mins ride to Hershey Park from our stay which I loved. We only stayed two nights. And the outdoor pool was closed for right now.

Stayed for two nights with family and friends. Rooms were clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Variety in breakfast options. Nice size pool for everyone to enjoy.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast made my wifes day. She loves oatmeal with brown sugar and nuts. She loved it and raved about it to my children. She spilled her tea and the staff just cleaned it up like nothing happened.

Came to Hershey PA for a family trip to Hersheypark. This hotel was perfect for a night stay. I would definitely stay again!

The staff were very nice and courteous. They also changed my room quickly once I informed them that my first room was next to some very loud teenagers. I was very grateful for this change because my entire family was able to rest and sleep well.

The hotel lobby was spacious and nice. The rooms were great as well. The front desk was awesome especially Ed. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my family and friends.
