Hilton Garden Inn Harrisburg East

I was in town for one night to visit my child. The room was comfortable and clean. Only mishap was their key thing wasn’t working so for a while we had to wait to have someone walk us to our room.

Hot tub was closed. Pool has trash and stuff floating in pool. Very disappointing for family.

Clean hotel for family

First night stay—young kids running through out the hotel making loud noises. No WI-FI service. No room service Disappointing

Had issues checking in. They couldnt find the reservation. It took almost a half hour. Later that night our room keys stopped working. They locked us out because they made a mistake in the computer systems. Then we asked to stay a 2nd night. They said no problem. But then we ended up having to take all our stuff out of the room and back into our cars and couldnt get into a new room until after 3. Then when we came back to re-check in, more probelms, anothe 20 minutes to get checked in. And asked for another hold on the card which was already done the night before. Elevator was out of order and they put us on the 4th floor with no one to help with our luggage. Also no regulations in the pool area 10 people mostly children in the hot tub. Pool was very dirty. Once we went in, we got out in 5 minutes because of how dirty it was. Room was clean, no issues there.
