Comfort Inn & Suites Harrisburg - Hershey West

I never write reviews on hotels, it this one really made me want to start! The checkin was smooth, the rooms were clean and easily accessible, the pool was perfect for a family with little kids, and the staff was super friendly. The best part was breakfast, the buffet is well stocked and so clean, the GM makes it a point to be there and interacts with every single guest, he’s even clearing plates and making waffles for the kids. Everyone goes above and beyond. I’ve recommended the hotel to several people making a trip to Hershey Park already!

Overall the stay was nice. For a lower cost hotel it was great for our family. Only draw back was the pool was very small but nothing was wrong with it. Desk checkin went really well and the breakfast was clean and the manager did a great job making a warm welcome for the people staying there.

Staff was really friendly. Rooms were a nice size for a family of 5.

Stayed after visiting friends and family, as well as Hersheypark. Comfortable room and nice complimentary breakfast. Location was convenient to various restaurants for dinner as well.

It was great for our family of 4. We stayed for 3 nights and it was great. The breakfast could a little change (eggs) but overall it was good. The mini waffles were a big hit by both my kids. Lots of fast food restaurants near as well as other sit down restaurant to indulge while staying at this clean hotel. I do think the side door should be fixed to only allow guests with keys in the hotel the access for everyone leaves it a little unsafe for guests.

Upon arrival Manager Vinyah was super friendly and welcoming. He gave us each ice cream. Truly remarkable stay in every way possible. The manager Vinyah provided a truly home and comforting stay, The entire staff worked and treated everyone like. family. I will be back and telling all my family and friends to stay here if traveling to the area. I was with my two male friends traveling for leaisure vacation and glad we chose this hotel. I was upgraded to a suite that had a king bed, full kitchen. The bathroom was spacious. I loved the mirror in the bathroom and the king bed was so Comfortable I wish we could have booked for longer. While the room was very clean, I do have only one minor complaint while I am sure the beds were clean and changed the linens did have little a musty smell. The towels had that same smell too. Complimentary Breakfast good was always stocked and offered a great variety. Overall a great place to stay while visiting Hershey PA.

Upon check in I was upgraded to a king/kitchenette by the gracious manager at no extra charge. The staff was exceptional and I was offered ice cream every day. What I really appreciated, even though there was just me in the room, was the fact that the bathroom had four bath towels. That may not seem like much, but every hotel I check into with my husband and two kids there are usually just three. I presume, so that I can call for room service for an additional towel and then tip the person bringing them to me. Also, there was an ample number of pillows on the bed! The bed was comfy and the linens were nice. The lighting in the bathroom was great. The only downside, I wished the shower head had had more pressure. Thanks for a great stay. Kim

The staff were amazing! Very friendly, personable and accommodating. They would go around to the tables at breakfast and talk to everyone like they were family. We were in town to go to Hersheypark for my sons birthday and they played happy birthday for him and said to let us know if we come back on his birthday again and they will have a party.

My family and I slept well. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The hotel is near grocery stores and restaurants. Only thing that needs to improve is the breakfast.

The property was clean and breakfast was great. The staff was a little strange and kind of follows you around. It gave me a weird feeling as I had my children with me. They watch you and it is uncomfortable and gives a strange irky feeling
