I really liked this place. We came for one night to go to Hershey. Upon entering, super clean. Front desk was EXTREMELY nice. That is probably the nicest front desk staff I have ever encountered. Pool and hot tub area was really nice. So warm in the pool room, so you do not freeze when exiting the water. We had a 2 bed suite with full kitchen. Beds were comfy, kids had room to play. I will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a quick check-in and friendly staff. My husband and I went with our kids. Reason for my 3 start rating and not higher was because the rooms had a smell of weed (marijuana) and the pool was open, but had cloudy water/did not look very clean. Otherwise, rooms were very spacious. They had grills outside you can use and things you could borrow for it. They had board games and things for the kids to use. They also had a washer and dryer to use for free, they weren't the best quality, only one washer worked and the dryers didn't dry very much and were very loud. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. There wasn't much that dampened the experience for the whole family.

No housekeeping service for 7 days is a joke, no trash removal or towel service in that time is ridiculous. My husband arrived late and that caused an ongoing issue of keys not working - each and every time we came back to the room. Front desk on one night had some kid sitting there who had to call her mom, the employee on duty to come back from somewhere and help with the keys. Lack of service and poor housekeeping with residual dirt and hair, especially in bathroom corners was disappointing. Pool closed, common space tiny, street under construction. we will not come back

This property is extremely dated. Not dirty but just old and worn. Back door where I went to smoke was broken and locked you out each time. But the staff was just incredible!! Always right there to assist in any way they could. At the end of the day it was a great stay!! Pool was such a blessing for the kiddos.

This was one of the best properties that I have stayed in. I came with 2 young kids, who loved the pool and the hot tub. Front desk was very helpful, and also saved an Amazon delivery for me.
