Came to a concert at Hershey and chose this location primarily for its pet policy, location and photos. Pet policy was accurate, location was perfect and photos were pretty spot on. The front desk clerk, Jose, was super welcoming and inviting. Enjoyed O'Reillys Tap Room next door as well as the amazing pool which was large and went from shallow to 7 feet deep. Overall great stay. Only mention and this is not directly the fault of the hotel but unsupervised children running a muck shouldnt be tolerated in halls or other common areas. This is parental problem. However, this should be enforced by the hotel.

My children and I had the best experience here when traveling through on a road trip. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we felt so welcomed. It was incredibly clean and I am a stickler for that. The kids were given an ice cream chip and it made their whole day. We all enjoyed the walkout door to the pool for convience with the kiddos. We also enjoyed the gym and and arcade! We didn't want to leave and will definitely stop here each time we do the trip from SC to Connecticut.

This hotel was excellent. We used it for our trip to Hershey Park. We stayed in a family room and it was all we thought it could be. Kids got their own beds and we got our own room! The pool is huge. Downside, no hot tub. Also no continental breakfast, but those usually are crap anyways. However, the restaurant attached to the hotel is excellent. Had breakfast and dinner here and the food was amazing. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are lovely. I may never stay anywhere but a Best Western now!

This hotel is a hidden gem! It’s so nice and clean. Great for adults only and families, as well as nice events. It’s recently renovated and feels updated but also warm and welcoming. The indoor heated pool and on site restaurant are the best.

The hotel was newly renovated. Rooms were clean and updated. Room had plenty of USB ports which lots of hotels don’t even have. The receptionist were so kind and helpful offering advice and support. Hotel sold Hershey park tickets which were cheaper than buying them at the park. It was conveniently located to the park at around 20 minute drive. The restaurant at the hotel served good meals and offered free coffee in the morning. Pool was heated and kids enjoyed it. I truely enjoyed my stay!!!

Room was exactly as described and clean. Front desk and all staff members encountered was friendly and helpful. Having a room open to the indoor pool was great with kids. Small arcade was perfect for my girls.

The pool is a wonderful place to relax, especially during the workweek. Weekends are often noisier, with young children making noise in the halls (youth groups without their parents).
