Service was crappy for a family. We walked in stains around our sheets blankets, and we had to clear our own bathroom and sink for it to become both of us to stay like a 2 itonight refund

Perfect for family of 6.

When we arrived, we were told that there were no more rooms available with the double queen beds and pull out bed. We were told multiple times that it wasn't the hotels fault because we booked through a third party. We booked the room a month ago. If the hotel was overbooked, they had plenty of time to reach out to us. Not sure why this wasn't noticed until we arrived?? We were tired from traveling all day and it was late (10 pm). They were going to split us in two rooms. I didn't want my family split in two tooms. So we told them to just give us 1 room with king bed and 1pull out. We had 2 kids sleeping on the floor, two shared the pull out. It was definitely uncomfortable. They were able to put us in a room with 3 beds the next night, but the beds didn't look like queens. They looked more like full sized beds. They did reimburse us the difference between the two rooms for 1 night, but i felt like more should have been done for the inconvience and discomfort of the first night. The staff was nice. Just a suggestion that when there is a mess up, stop saying it isn't your fault. Apologize and assure the customer you will try to accommodate them the best way you can. Makes the customer feel like they are being blammed for a mess up that isn't their fault at all. Also....again....i booked this 30 days ago. That gave the hotel plenty of time to contact us or someome else if the hotel was overbooked. No one ever reached out to us prior to arrival.

Property was clean for the most part as far as appearance, room, and inside furniture/tables. However, the patio/outside furniture and tables could use some cleaning. The staff was helpful and friendly. The suite was spacious for my family of 6. There was a good amount of options for breakfast, unfortunately my family did not like the food persay. We did howevee enjoy using the grill while the kids were in the pool.

I stay at Home2Suites every year for the farm show and the service is wonderful, the cleanliness is impeccable and just the rooms make you feel at home. The beds are absolutely comfortable. Very welcoming when you arrive in your room the tv screen provides a welcome message when your arrive. I absolutely would recommend to friends and family. Beyond 5 stars for their hospitality. Thanks for such a wonderful stay. Very close to restaurants, has stations, shopping. EXCELLENT!!

Easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. We only had to stay for one night but each staff member was very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was great. Breakfast options were simple but great. Definitely a much better experience than other hotels my family and I have stayed in around the same area.

Just my husband and myself. If we had a family this would be perfect. Dishwasher in room, able to get a hot plate free of charge to cook, microwave and full size frig with freezer! Free breakfast with a large choice of food. Definitely a money saver for a family! Room very clean. Staff very friendly.

Property is clean, room is large, has everything we need. Pool has is small but that didn’t stop our kids from having a blast.

Facilities were fresh and clean. All staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was substantial with a lot of variety. The kids loved the pool. All in all, a great experience for the money.

My family stayed here for a weekend trip to Hersheypark. The hotel is on the highway & we could hear every bit of it. We could also hear all of the kids running around in the room above us and in the hallways outside our room. The bathroom door did not close, did not have a fan and the water pressure was the pits!! The pillows were super flat, the pool was small and there was no hot tub. The breakfast was scheduled to close at 10, but when we arrived at 9:40, the lights were out and the waffle machine was off.
