Residence Inn by Marriott Harrisburg Hershey

The room was large in size and fairly clean. We did not have any bedding for the pull out couch. When my husband went to the front desk, they didnt have anymore blankets. He was told to call corporate and complain. When he asked for more towels since we are a family of 5 and only had 3, she told him she didnt have any clean and that they dont hire cleaners for night time. She did end up finding a few more towels. The bathroom was moldy and not clean.

Excellent and comfortable accommodations for a family (2 adults, 3 children) without breaking the bank. Nice indoor and outdoor pool. Breakfast buffet was great: eggs, sausage, cereal, bagels, muffins, toast, oatmeal, coffee, fruit, juices, milk, etc.

Beautiful duplex property, spacious, kids had a great time! Breakfast was great. The check in process was a little messed up, with the woman at the counter who did not know what was going on and it delayed us a bit and got us confused. Rest of the stay, the place and the cleanliness was top notch.

Good place to stay with kids

Stayed in a 2-bedroom suite with my family of 5 and felt that we all had more than enough space in the room. Loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom and TVs. Beds were comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was good, especially the pearl waffles. The hotel is in a nice quiet area. Loved having a kitchen in the room that was equipped with items that might be needed during the stay (i.e. pots/pans, dishwasher, dishes, glasses, flatware, etc.) Dislikes: • Ice maker in our freezer didn't work. It produced like 2-3 ice cubes and we were there for 4 days. • I didn't like that our trash was not emptied during our stay even though it should have been when our room was cleaned. • disliked having to pay $5 for parking. If I'm staying here you should expect me to need to park my vehicle and it should be included especially since this specific hotel does not provide any form of shuttle service. • Not a lot of kid friendly tv stations to view, especially after 7pm when programming switches to more mature content. • Standard Wi-Fi is free, but if you choose to use "enhanced Wi-Fi" for streaming it's an extra $5 per day. Not worth it when you can just use the apps on your phone that you already pay for. Conclusion: Overall a decent place to stay when traveling with a large family.

We stayed with our daughter, son-in-law and their family. The staff made sure we were given a suite across the hall from our daughter's room - that was so kind and made it so convenient for us to assist with the children. Prior to coming I made several phone calls. David and Kenneth made sure we had the information we needed and secured a porta-crib for our daughter's room. They were so cordial and friendly. We will certainly stay there again when heading to the PA Farm Show!!

I made at least 3 phone calls ahead of time to request a porta-crib, check on restaurants, etc. David and Kenneth were so cordial and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend staying at this location! The suites were amazingly spacious. The pool was wonderful! Very family friendly!

It is perfect for families, the staff is amazing the only thing is that they dont have a control in the parking, we had to park far from our room

We had 4 rooms with 2 bedrooms and full kitchens. They worked very well for us. Clean. Good breakfast room! Very nice staff. Shoutout especially to Lenny at the front desk. He is so nice and very helpful and good at his job! Personally I would like to have seen a bigger lobby area but that’s just my opinion. I would recommend this hotel for a trip to Hershey w kids.
