Loved our suite, very convenient having the full kitchen and separate bedrooms. Great set up for family.

House keeping was knocking loudly on the door at 10:30 am despite a do not disturb sign and would not stop until we answered the door. We get that enough at home with the kids. I did not expect it from hotel staff. Room could have been cleaner and closet was missing a door.

Room 225 the sick leak on stop. Came back to the room only to find that the leak spilled over the counter on to the floor. One of my other children’s rooms had no hot water for two days. They had children. They spoke with someone who said it would be taken care of. The evening that we checked in, the front desk man didn’t know what he was doing. Even though I had all reservations printed out for them. Took at least 45 minutes. Also was told from him that he would call me back once he figured all my rooms and location of each room. I even called Marriott reservation services and spoke with a lady who was sending all kinds of notes to the Hotel.

Was expecting an amazing breakfast. It was… ok. They didn’t have their waffle maker out for the weekend which was a huge disappointment for the kids. The rest of the food was ok. Light out in the main room and a little smaller overall than expected.

Everything was clean, the staff were great. Only issue we had was that there were repeatedly multiple baby spiders in the bathroom and in the bed. I brought this up to the staff at the front desk and they were eager so solve the problem and get the room sprayed. Overall the stay was great for a nice weekend away.

I did not like traveling from Cleveland Ohio 2 hours and could not check into my room until almost 10pm that night. I have a newborn baby and my family and I had no where to go for hours I asked for a crib/pack and play and never received it for my baby the kitchen was dirty had hair stuck to the stovetop and burnt food plus I received extra charges on my account I wasn’t aware of for $218 that I will be disputing with my bank.

So I’m a Marriott Elite member and travel all over the place. A lot of times I arrive very early in the morning 2/3/4am. On this trip I had my family with me and we were going to sleep in because we arrived at 4am checkout is at noon. Now, because of my membership I should also get late checkout but that’s beside the point. At 9AM we get a knock on the door and we don’t answer, then another knock and finally we answer. The person says, “just want to remind you checkout is at noon”. We went back to sleep and AGAIN, at 11:15 we get a knock on the door waking us up to tell us that checkout is at Noon. I have NEVER experienced this before and hope to never experience this again. I will never be back at this hotel.

There were five of us in a two bedroom suite. Myself, my husband, our 6 year old daughter, 20 year old son, and my mom. The hotel is beautiful, the suite was great, it was clean and very little noise travelled through. This hotel was very busy the weekend we were there. There was high school girls baseball teams, a couple wedding parties and tons of families. It was still quiet in the room and very relaxing. I have also never been to a hotel that EVERYONE was this friendly. From the front desk to the cleaning and maintenance staff. Each person working here made a point to say good morning or hello. Everyone was very helpful. The complimentary breakfast was also very good and they kept everything full, they had no empty pans. There was sausage and scrambled eggs each morning, yogurt and oatmeal, cereal and breads, bagels, and muffins and also waffles to make. One morning there was pancakes and the next morning there was sausage gravy and bisquits. There was also coffee, tea and juice and milk. The pool and hot tub were kept well maintained and very clean. There were towels provided pool side and plenty of lounge chairs. My family was there for a weekend of shopping and the Good Guys car show. We gals were able to walk to the mall and guys didn't have far to drive to the car show. This is a car show we go to often and this will definately be our new go to hotel.
