Short overnight stay between airport and a family visit, the hotel was convenient and a pleasant stop for the night. Had all the essentials and friendly staff.

The room was spacious and comfortable and quiet. Check in was easy and the clerk was handling everyone with a smile despite all the kids ( soccer/baseball) running around the lobby area. The room was nice but did not have a coffee maker. (I believe it was just missing or broke and had no been replaced yet. Overall, we slept well and would return for another stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel loaded with kid baseball teams, but was quiet. Room was incredibly spacious. Need to improve bfast. Eggs and sausage undercooked.

The hotel itself was fine. It happens to be youth sports season (lacrosse, soccer, etc.) and there were kids running up and down the halls at night, but other than that I was very satisfied. It is close to shopping and restaurants, and easily accessible from the highway.

This property was older and our room seemed dirty. Thr linen looked clean but the rug and floor seemed grimy. We also believe there were bed bugs in one of the beds. My kids had a few welts that we believe were bedbug bites.

The Good. Good service and nice people. Breakfast was ok. The Bad. Laundry service was advertised but not available. The hotel was booked with that in mind for a family of 4 for a baseball tourny. The Ugly. Columbus driving is horrible and this location goes out of its way to be inconviently located to any place in the area. A truck was stolen from the parking lot, cars broken into, swimming pool was *gross*. After a 3 day power outtage you would think a discount or voucher would be offered. Guess again... i dont make alot of money but made the expense for my kids to have a nice get away, but instead got a taste of the Columbus ghetto way. No longer a Buckeye fan. The city is garbage.
