SpringHill Suites by Marriott Columbus Easton Area

The room was the best I have stayed at in a long time. Was the for 3 nights tge last night someone eith a child stumped over my head until 1 in the morning and woke up stumping around 7am. Other than that ot was awesomr. I will be back.

Whether we’re checking in late at night, or in the afternoon, we are always greater as if we are the most important people staying there. The beds are comfy and there’s plenty of pillows (too many sometimes). The towels are not scratchy and stuff, and there are enough. When the whole family stays, we ask for more towels and they are delivered in no time! We don’t stay anywhere else when we come to Columbus.

Great set up for a family with the trundle couch. Staff was helpful. Location next to large mall isn’t pretty, but very convenient.

We booked 3 nights to stay and swim and do all things Columbus for spring break, family of 5- mom and 4 littles. We checked in on Monday, did not hit the pool till 830pm. On Tues, we go to swim and apparently for M T W that week, the hotel thought it would be great to rent out half of the pool to "British Swim School" for swim lessons, hotel guests not permitted in that side of the pool. So, you have half the pool roped off, the deeper end, for that, and 20 or so guests crammed into the other side, adults and kids keep bumping into each other. We ended up getting a refund for the 3rd night and went elsewhere. The pool is the main attraction for my kids. When I spoke to the desk, their suggestion was to come at 8am and swim! I asked why this was not told to us at check-in, and they admitted dropping the ball. Because we paid with hotels.com, I had to contact them, and they reached out to the hotel. Refund process was easy. Front desk mgr did try to make the experience better by offering my kids complimentary candy/drinks which was nice. Breakfast was less than stellar- both egg entrees had veggies in them, turkey sausage was dry, and no waffle maker or pancake maker. Room also smelled damp on day 2 (they sprayed freshener day 1 to cover it) and there was a tiny spring ant problem on the coffee area counter. Beds were average, hotel decor is nice. They have a pool table and bar in lobby area.

The fitness facility is awesome, has everything we needed to stay on track! The pool was perfect for three young kids who needed some play time. The rooms were very large and comfortable.

This is a top notch family oriented travel hotel All A's My only suggestion is that the bathroom floor plan be redesigned to be more private and uninvasive If someone gets up in the middle of the night they may wake others using the bathroom

Love, Love the location, 3min from an outstanding mall in Easton Columbus, and the hotel and staff were very nice as well. I travel several times a month and would recommend this location to friends and family and for me that's big.
