I traveled with my 12 month old baby in in Hotel on Monday 29th July I slept that night with my little baby and found that in the morning that I had bite marks, with left eye swollen and my baby too had the bug bite marks on his ear. I didn’t stay on Tuesday and left the hotel. I had the most horrible experience.

Chose this place from the name Marriott Airport. Thought Marriott would be a more nicer, cleaner, upscale place. It was not. And it was not that close to the airport to have the airport in its name. Pool and hot tub were both green. Tons of kids in hot tub and very noisy. Check in lady not pleasant as well. Won’t be back

Staff was very friendly. Room was ok, bathroom was pretty beat up looking, definitely needed repairs. Biggest bummer was the pool, we stayed there for the weekend so my kids could swim…the pool was green, and the hot tub was out of order. definitely was disappointing

The pool was not working no warning at all not even in app so I felt obligated to stay and I wanted a refund my kids and family was very upset and disappointed it was a waste of time i couldn’t sleep at night

The front desk clerk (Sarah) was very accommodating, considering the pool has closed earlier in the day. She not only made my grandsons happy with free breakfast, but called the neighboring hotel and asked if the kids could swim there. That was great customer service. Then this morning asked if everything went well.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and I’ve always enjoyed my stay however this time I’m very disappointed. I paid extra to have a “concierge” room which was described as having a “separate bedroom” When I went to my room I noticed the room was identical to the basic rooms I’ve stayed in previously. It was very important to me to have the extra space as I’m traveling with a toddler and newborn, when my husband spoke to the staff about the issue they told him they were out of larger rooms and that there was nothing they could do about it. End of discussion.

This is an amazing hotel. However there were kids running around all over the place with no adult supervision and being loud. My room had one of those locked door dividers, but I could hear everything in the other room, including their kids at 7am. Walked out to my truck at 10 last night and people were smoking weed in the parking lot. The worst managed Marriott property I’ve ever stayed at.

We are a family of 5, with kids aged 8, 10 and 15, they allowed us to book one room for five and had only two full size beds available, how could that be!?! We had to “manage” and NO other solutions was suggested by management. Took the kids to the pool and was super dirty (green water), they did not enjoy.

Our room was near the pool area. There was a lot of people traffic through there and people were very loud. Between 10-11, people were yelling which prevented my family from sleeping.
