I came with children expecting to swim in a heated indoor pool, which was not heated. Also i parked on the side which have zero ramps, for wheel chairs strollers or luggage carts. Check out was at noon but we packed our car around 1030 (after breakfast) and soon learned our room keys were deactivated. We planned on going swimming, since it was my sons birthday. The hot tub was not working which was a bummer for this momma who was most definitely looking forward to it. Overall not worth the $250/night you charge for such an outdated pool that was cold and hot tub that didnt work

We always stay here when visiting family. Clean and super-comfy beds. Great breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub, and, most of all, always a very nice and helpful staff.

I chose this hotel, paying more than other nearby hotels for the use of the outdoor fire pit that was listed as an amenity. I was very disappointed to find out it was false advertising and they had no interest in lighting it up for our family getaway.

It was a nice place to stay, Breakfast was good. Room was comfy. Only bummer was not being able to use the pool. Pool was the main reason why we chose the hotel. We went down after 930pm and there was a crowd of children. Very noisey so we left. Pool also looked dis colored.

I was in a room with one queen size bed, so it was a small room, but nice. The only thing I could find wrong with my room was the shower had hardly any water pressure. I did like how they had a mirror attached to the bathroom mirror so you could do your make-up correctly. That was a nice perk. I don't think I should have been charged the same room rate as a two bedroom room, which is bigger, but all in all I was very pleased. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Enjoyed the high level of noise on a thanksgiving holiday night from the Hockey Team that provided a night of unrestful sleep includiing a noise from slamming doors ,yelling kids and parents, no where to be found.\n\nThe hotel staff said they were busy and offered no support or possible resolution. So off to the next hotel where I am sure they can provide a better value to their traveler. Would recommend you do the same!\n\nA Marriott Silver Member.
