Was there for a last min surgery for a family memeber. I have always had good luck with the holiday inn. But this time it was alot and sad the shape of the building. The ceiling in the room was flacking off onto the bed below. The bathtub was not clean and had hair in it.. And when i walked in to get a room they said non available and went online a booked the room i wanted. So not sure what is going on.

It was a nice property and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! There was some disrepair like our bathroom door didn’t shut. Said hi to the lady working breakfast and she was rude. Had some issues with noisy neighbors on night two (smoking pot and having a very loud fight with his “boo” she went into another room and he kept coming out banging on her door, yelling at her through the door, kids asked why someone would bring their pet skunk to a hotel) first guy didn’t do anything (10:30pm) second worker took care of it (1:30am). Very easy to get out of the hotel from the side driveway. Would recommend staying here just hopefully you get lucky and don’t have trash neighbors.

I took my 85-year old father out to Rochester to visit family, his first trip in 15 years. Our stay at the Holiday Inn Greece was wonderful. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our room was first rate, with Wi-Fi (no password or cable needed) and had widescreen TV and fridge. Plenty of space and very comfortable-warm decor. The free hot breakfast station was a real hit with my dad especially. I've made several trips this year and found this to be among the better ones I have encountered. This hotel was a big reason that my dad had such a good time and continues to rave about it. Thank you Holiday Inn for making our travel such a pleasant experience.
