We are a family of 8 and stayed comfortably in the 2 suites. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and had everything we needed. Parking was very close to the room and entrance to and from the hotel room was very convenient. Staff was VERY accommodating and breakfast was great.

I arrived when unfortunately the staff had to deal with a rude guest. Listening to the way they handled the situation in such a calm and professional manner speaks volumes to their level of customer service. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Our family would gladly stay there again in the future.

Hotel staff was great and helpful. the pool not so much. Unruly kids unsupervisored running and doing flips. We asked for adjoining rooms and was not able to get them. The rooms were 30 -40 late in being ready.

The pool area was so dirty I would not allow my kids to swim, and the noise level and kids banging on our door at 10-10:30 at night was not expectable. The breakfast was included and it was horrible.

Great hotel for families visiting Strong. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Breakfast was great and the room was perfect! Beds were SO comfy!!!

Good accommodations with pool for family. Spent the weekend at Strong museum of play which is only 10min drive. Good walkable family eating near by.

Overall the property always decent. A few general issues: - We went to check in and they said 5-15 mins, our family was hungry, we said we would go get lunch, thinking we could coke back and our room was ready. When we returned our room was given to someone else and we needed to wait another 20-25 mins for our room. - there were ants in our unit, only a few but still disappointing. - there were two sports teams staying there who were quite loud into the late hours. Our room by the stairs captured all the noise of the youth running up and down.

Everything was clean, the kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was more than acceptable, considering it’s free. And the gentleman with the beard working the desk in the evening was exceptionally friendly.

We booked and paid for a room with 2 queen beds few days in advance for a family of 4. Since we could not do online checkin, we called the hotel 3 times the day of checkin for making sure our booking is active. But when we reached hotel they didnt have any room with 2 queen beds since it was a busy weekend. Although they gave us option for taking 2 rooms with king beds but kids wanted to stay together. Also they could not refund us the extra money we paid for room with 2 queen bed as king bed room was cheaper option.

It was a wonderful stay. The pool was clean and large enough for the two kids to enjoy themselves, despite it being busy. The room was clean and had everything we needed.
