Staff is very friendly and reactive. The sound proofing of our room was below average. We could hear stomping from child running in room above and TV’s noise from adjoining rooms. It wasn’t quiet until well after 1 AM….

The family and I had a great vacation there. We will definitely be booking here again in the future. Very friendly staff, the hot breakfast was amazing and fresh and many options to choose from which my kids loved they do have a pool my girls loved it me personally I’m a hot tub person but my kids didn’t want to get out of it. Exercise room was always neat and clean had everything you needed. Need a getaway to somewhere quiet with the family to relax rewind this place I highly recommend.

Booked a room for family attending a preseason football game in Buffalo. After the rain thunderstorm hit the area and the family decided start driving home which is in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. I could not cancel the room and get another room closer to Pittsburgh for the family. Could not cancel because Expedia is a third party entity to Hampton inn. I lost out on $450. Never again.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable for our family, included breakfast was a big plus, the location of the hotel is the only thing that we didn’t like it, it is far from the falls, and have to drive to there 13-15min

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were just what we wanted. Unfortunately out stay was disappointing because 8 hockey teams (kids) were also staying throughout the hotel and were not quiet in the halls or rooms. Running thru the halls, upending service carts, and shouting. Lasted till after midnight then started again around 7 am. We WILL be back since we dropped off our daughter to college this weekend for the spring semester, but no one slept well. The group should have better supervised themselves.

I would never stay at this place again. Walls are paper thin. We could hear the washing machines of the workers going. Floor vibrated. They ran out of breakfast and we couldn't get anything however we noticed employees making themselves and their kids waffles and other foods that should have been reserved for paying guests. Bathroom in our room was filthy. Notice employees bringing their own personal laundry to be done while at work. We left early because the stay was so bad and very over priced. Staff was very nonchalant about everything also

The room was comfortable other than the chair by the desk, which squeaked whenever someone sat on it. The staff was friendly and we enjoyed the continental breakfast. My only complaint is that when my kids went to go to the pool, it was reserved by a few families who were having a party so they didn’t get the chance to swim. Also the elevator floor was a little wet, I’m assuming from the people who used the pool.

After having a horrible experience with another hotel we had to boom this last minute. Samantha at the front desk was awesome! She welcomed my family and answered all our questions.
