We were in Niagra Falls for one night and this was a great place for a family of four. Room was clean and comfortable. Location to Falls was super convenient. Complimentary breakfast was good and had enough variety. Great value stay. The one area of improvement would be in the eco friendly department. The breakfast was all paper plate/plastic/throw away cups. Would be nice to see a reduction in throw away waste associated with breakfast.

I said for 2 nights and no one is cleaning snow from the parking lots. I asked for a baby crib and the property manager gave me in the front desk only, I have to take that to the room and set it up. No room service before 3 days that's the rule they fallow.

I do not recommend the place. The room was dirty: dust was in every corner, a few oily and dirty spots on the curtains. We requested a rollaway bed for a child (I contacted the hotel a few days before to make sure they got my request), and it was not ready when we went. We were given a bad on the reception and had to move it to the 5th floor ourselves. The mattress on the rollaway bed was unacceptably old and dirty, all springs were easy to feel. So I had to put all the blankets in a room to make it usable.

Beds were comfy! Continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve had! Very surprising! Hotel was clean and updated! Only downsize is it’s not really close to anything but a 15 min walk away…. Which would be fine, kids did not enjoy!

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable! Staff were friendly wherever we saw them whether at the desk, breakfast or in the halls. Breakfast was great both mornings and even though we came down towards the end there was plenty of food and it was still warm. Great place if traveling with family or business.

The property was great. I don't have any complaints. Unfortunately the area around it is old and not much to do for eating and entertainment besides the falls and the casino. But my family still had a nice time.

Friendly and available staff, clean and a great free breakfast spread! This hotel was a bit of a walk to get to the main area attractions and restaurants, I wish we'd booked a place just a little closer. The pool was tiny! My kids swam in it nonetheless though. And our bathroom door was warped so it didn't close all the way unless you really shoved it - but it wasn't that big a deal. Overall, we liked this hotel and don't regret anything. We had a blast in Niagara. Thanks!

Beautiful, spacious, clean rooms. The hotel is very well managed. Breakfast was very nice. Asked for quiet room and got one, however there was a large and loud family on our floor with young kids shouting and running around the hallways. Management should do better to separate families from quiet travellers so that we are not waking up to children crying and shouting in common areas. Just don’t put them on the fifth floor. Otherwise, an excellent stay, thank you!

Outstanding stay with nice and comfortable rooms. Location being so near to Niagara Falls was an added advantage. Breakfast was delicious and my whole family loved it. Would definitely recommend staying for others as well .
