Holiday Inn Express Grand Island - Niagara Falls, an IHG Hotel

The hotel was very clean and felt new. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The auto shop brought us here when our car broke down. We didn't see shopping or dining options within safe walking distance, though the hotel has a rooftop bistro and excellent breakfast. We took a pleasant evening walk to the Eagle Overlook. There are family and outdoor attractions on Grand Island, which is quite beautiful.

We absolutely loved our stay there as a family. Breakfast was great as well & many good places near by.

Pool was nice. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. Room was big enough for my family! Nice hotel!

The hotel is very nice but needs to have better options for people who can’t eat dairy if they are offering breakfast. The night we stayed in Warsaw, NY and they had almond milk and margarine so that my entire family was able to find something to eat

One of the best hotels ever I stayed. Best hotel, very good breakfast and good and quality hotel with very clean rooms. Good for family with kids . Highly recommended No complain

Had a great stay with my family.

The hotel itself was great for my family of 6 including ages 7-14. The pool was good enough for indoor and the exercise room allowed my wife and son to burn off some energy. The ONLY issue I had was the outlets in our room didn't work. It was really weird. It was like the plugs were loose when you plugged them in and none seemed to work. So we all woke up with dead or near dead devices that we thought would be fully charged.

Staff was all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Grateful for the laundry options after staying a few extra days with kids. Great value for the affordability!

We came to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. Our room was great. Lots of room, comfortable bed. Clean bathroom. Our room was on the first floor. The only problem was the noise out in the lobby. People talking, a family at breakfast who’s children were very loud.

The hotel was beautiful.... But we felt mislead. We knew it was near Niagara Falls but not sure if we would be able to see the falls from the hotel. We paid extra for a balcony- hoping that we could see the falls. When we checked in- we were told we were on the ground floor. Why would a balcony be on the ground floor? Because it is NOT a balcony!! It is a patio!! I would have never paid extra for a patio.... It was nice- if you were a smoker or had kids to let outside to run around. But the space was large and lovely and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic- there was something for everyone. My daughter is gluten free and there were options for her. Would stay here again- but wont pay extra for the PATIO!
