The hotel was very clean and felt new. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The auto shop brought us here when our car broke down. We didn't see shopping or dining options within safe walking distance, though the hotel has a rooftop bistro and excellent breakfast. We took a pleasant evening walk to the Eagle Overlook. There are family and outdoor attractions on Grand Island, which is quite beautiful.

We loved that this hotel was close to the falls, but outside of town. The kids enjoyed the heated pool, and the rooftop restaurant was delicious! The staff members were so nice and accommodating. We had a great vacation and hanging out at the hotel was a huge, relaxing part of it.

It was a weekend trip for my family and I. It was close enough to the falls and stores. The hotel had a small restaurant, the pizza did the job for the kids. It was a good stay. The staff was pleasant

Everything excellent except the receptionist, he was unfriendly, he didn't mention to me about the breakfast where as I see him explaining to others in the line. Looks like he is biased to some race. He gave me a room in 3rd floor and when I mentioned him about having small kids who can be playing and can be noisy to the room below to us, he didn't even acknowledged and ignored.

The hotel is very nice but needs to have better options for people who can’t eat dairy if they are offering breakfast. The night we stayed in Warsaw, NY and they had almond milk and margarine so that my entire family was able to find something to eat

The hotel itself was great for my family of 6 including ages 7-14. The pool was good enough for indoor and the exercise room allowed my wife and son to burn off some energy. The ONLY issue I had was the outlets in our room didn't work. It was really weird. It was like the plugs were loose when you plugged them in and none seemed to work. So we all woke up with dead or near dead devices that we thought would be fully charged.
