I can’t get anyone to help me. I don’t have a working remote control in the room so we asked the desk for help. He said “he don’t know what to do, they don’t have batteries and pretty much that we just have to do without until tomorrow when the manager comes in. Television service is included in the description. So now my family have been without tv since around 8 pm and won’t have tv u til it’s time to check out ? How is that even fair to me as a customer. Not to mention they have complimentary coffee and tea and he wouldn’t even give us tea bags. His name is brand he is so terrible and I will not be back here again.

Awesome location to visit the falls from. We walked to the falls from our hotel with our small children and had an awesome time. Room was very nice and clean. Property is well taken care of and the pool was perfect for our two young boys.

Amazing fast check in on the app we even arrived 11/2 hours early they let us check in no worries….everything was right there the falls were about a 15 min walk ! Hot breakfast was amazing! (Go early to get fresh fruit it went fast) pool was super clean and plenty of pool towels ! Very friendly and my big plus was it was pet friendly so we could take our fur baby ( $75.00 ) more BUT they were with me and plenty of grass and walking for them we had a very relaxing time. Best vacation we’ve had in a while ;)

Great location. Super Friendly Staff (front desk, Housekeeping, Breakfast). Clean atmosphere and updated hotel. Very pleased with our stay. Planning to bring family members in the future.

Easy check in. Clean room and bathroom. Nice breakfast options. Pool good for the kids. Within walking distance to all attraction. Very good experience, would stay again.

The bed was probably one of worst I’ve ever had at any hotel it was not comfortable and the box spring was broken. Simply turning from one side to the other caused such a loud noise it woke my kids up. The window shade had awful stains on them and bathroom needs refreshing. The pool water was foul and the pool area was so warm and uncomfortable that family who could stay in the pool all day had to leave after a short time. Some of the staff could have been friendlier. One guest in front of me asked for the best way to walk to the falls and given a huge attitude. I asked if the pool was open and the same young lady didn’t want to be bothered. I guess for the area it was nice but for the price it should have been better

Father and son trip for a hockey game but a quick visit to the falls. Check in was really smooth, was asked where I would like our room to be, the kid wanted close to the pool and that's what we got. Room was clean, bathroom could be updated a little bit but nothing to stop us from coming again. Breakfast was very typical for this brand so no complaints. Check out was just as easy as check in.

Checked in late was met by the best front desk host. Rose was patient with our technical issues and excited kids. She made check in seamless and made us all feel so welcome. 10 stars for Rose.
