Check in was easy. Front desk staff really go above and beyond. Very friendly, traveling with kids we truly appreciate it!

There was a kids hockey league and the kids were allowed to play hockey in the halls and run wild in the halls. Kids were loud. Parents did not control the noise

Brandi was amazing and accommodating. The room next to us checked in with kids and had non stop yelling, even after she came to address the situation in person. She moved us to a different room and checked on us to make sure there wasn't anything else that could be done. The breakfast was great and the morning crew was attentive and cheerful. The area is easily accessible off the highway. Very quiet and parking was easy

Hotel and our room were very nice and clean. Breakfast ok, nice to have an option if you don’t want to go out. We didn’t use the pool saw a lot of kids coming from it. They looked happy. Would stay here again.

I have stayed here twice and its great with kids. The pool is an added benefit. The 24x7 coffee dispenser on the lobby is a great option if you don't want to deal with the machine in your room.

The room was pretty nice. The hallway smelled old and so did the room! It was quiet until the kid upstairs started making a lot do noise running around. Hard to get front desk on the phone. Easy access to the falls and right by the outlet mall

Close to everything. Only complaint I have were the kids running and playing in the rooms .. if you rent a room get the highest floor .

My family and I stayed at this hotel, for the convenience to being close to the falls. The aquarium, the falls, the state park were just 10 minutes drive, plus local stores and restaurants were down the road. I'd definitely go back to Comfort Inn in out next trip there.
