Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls USA

The room was very large to accommodate us and the manager at this hotel was wonderful. A few things to consider. The pool is not very large and there was no on-site breakfast. I thought those things were included but I should have looked at the small print. I would recommend this hotel for a couple but would chose a different Marriot if you are traveling with children just due to the pool size and lack of breakfast on-site.

My family enjoyed this hotel so much

The hotel is in great shape. It is clean and comfortable. We stayed for two nights with two young kids and we had a great time in the hotel.

Pros: Close to the park, walkable, spacious room, parking available at the facility. Cons: very loud at night (someone’s kids next door were very loud), bathroom was not quite the cleanest (yellow spot on the vanity), shampoo and body wash dispensers were completely empty, pad for breakfast which was Starbucks regular coffee and option of burrito, sandwich and oatmeal.

They rooms we got were not clean at all there were hair everywhere Specially bathroom They only 2-3 staff member no tooth paste We had to go buy it from outside. We requested to change our garbage and we’re told to leave the garbage outside the room someone will collect it We had to insist to come in and change it as we have infants with us so the garbage will smell the hall way. Online it says 1 min walk from Niagara Falls and this hotel is literally the farthest hotel good 20-25 mins walk really in convenient

Enjoyable staying. No problem in one room with three adult and two kids. Two queen size bed with a nice sofa bed. 20 mins walk to fall, longest distance to walk compare to other hotels. But clean, quiet and new is pros. Starbucks in lobby is a plus

Great hotel location; near to Niagara falls state park. Since I travel with children it was oustanding 5 people room with a sofa bed and plenty of space and modern amenities. Close to Niagara parkway for scenic walk of niagara river. Not very close to restaurants in the nearby but very good food within the hotel with Starbucks cofee serve at 6:00 am sharp.

The room was spacious, and extremely accommodating to my family. I was a little sad the pool wasn’t available, but that was out of the hotels hands since it was due to a snow storm. All of the staff were extremely friendly and caring. It was our first time using Marriott and it won’t be the last time !

The staff is super friendly. The moment we walked into our room, there were signs that it wasnt cleaned properly. There were food wrappers on the floor. We were in a rush to see the Falls, so we dismissed it. We got bacl late that evening and when the air kicked on ib our room, it smelled like sulfur. The air was blowing directly into my face, as i lied in ky bed. We tried everything to get the air to stop. I called the frobt desk, she apologized snd asked if i wanted a new room. It was almost 11pm and i had a child sleeping. I declined and asked for the air to be turned off in my room. Hours later. The air was back on and the horrid smell was back, i could taste it. Then i went to take a shower. The walls had blood on them, the shower curtain had dark stains, and one of my towels had blood on it. I was so disgusted, I couldnt do anything but get out of there as fast as possible. The lack on room cleaning is a disgrace, and I will mwke sure my family and friends don't ever have to endure that

We had a good stay with our kids. Upon arrival the pool wasn't working but the hotel compensated us and this made us feel valued. Thank you!
