We travel frequently for pleasure and this hotel was one of the best we’ve stayed in. Even though it’s in a heavily touristy area, it was extremely quiet. We slept like babies without any street noise or neighboring rooms noise. The room was exceptionally clean. The break, although not the best, was adequate and filling with food being replaced immediately after emptying.

We stayed for 4 nights and for the age of the property I must say it was clean and smelled good--throughout the halls and rooms. You were greeted with the wonderful smell of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies and the staff was pleasant, welcoming and very informative of the area. We were within 10-20 minutes walking distance of scores of restaurants, casinos, shops, kids amusement and the Falls. We felt very safe in the area. HOWEVER, you will pay $20 per night to park on a dirt- gravel lot, the "free" breakfast is minimal and not that great. Meats every morning was pork. The television in our room lacked clarity-very fuzzy picture and the channel selections were minimal. Would I stay here again? If for 1-2 nights, yes.

We have arrived early. Were able to leave our luggage with the reception. Our teenage children swam in the pool before they spent their day at the falls adventures. Rooms are spacious and clean. Quiet as well. Breakfast is super, great service (always filling up) also! The only negative thing we can say: 20$ parking fee should be waved for hotel guests.

Family with 2 kids for 3 days. Perfect stay walkable distance yo restaurants and clifton hill / falls. Great breakfast selection..Note that parking is 20 CAD per day.

The staff took care to follow all instructions I had provided while booking. I wanted an extra clean room since I was travelling with kids under 5. And clean it was. I was also able to check in 2 hours early even without prior notice. There’s ample parking space and the property is at walkable distance from all Niagara Falls attractions. Great breakfast and very good service provided by hotel staff. I’d surely come back to this hotel on my next visit. Great place to stay with family.

Staff was very accommodating. We arrived early and was able to park our car and walk down to the falls and start our adventures! Very close to everything - loved the extra space the junior suite gave us. Would definitely come back.

Stayed for one night on a family trip to Niagara Falls. We were pleased to find a hotel that could accommodate five without needing two rooms. Hotel was not fancy, but clean and suited our needs. Complimentary breakfast was similar to most chain hotels. Parking was $20 for the night and that seems to be the case everywhere in Niagara Falls. We would stay there again.

We were really pleased with our stay as it is a nice hotel with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights. The staff were very nice, especially the Reception staff who were very helpful. Fresh coffee and cookies, daily was a plus for our family.

Staff is very nice. We reached an hour early and requested for early checkin. Staff was so helpful and they entertained our request. They bake cookies everyday for the guests too which is like a treat for kids. Overall it’s nice.
