We enjoyed staying here, the front desk are friendly and there are free cookies every day that my kids love. The room are big because we got suite that we didn’t expect.

Had a great time at this hotel- conveniently located close to clifton hill and for a reasonable price. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast and loved the 24 hour coffee in the lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. We will stay again! Thank you for a nice little getaway with the family.

Staff at this hotel are friendly and helpful. There is complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby all the time, which is great for early risers up before the breakfast room is open. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. It could accommodate our family of 5 easily. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. The hotel is within walking distance of dining and entertainment. The breakfast was good, with many options available. We stay at this hotel every time we come to Niagara Falls because we find it to always be welcoming, comfortable, and a very good value for the price. The only complaint I can think of is that they now seem to be using microfiber bed linens, which I do not like the feel of. I would definitely prefer cotton.

I would admit that my stay was excellent with the price I paid, absolutely value for money.. Rooms were neat and clean, spacious and perfect for family of 4.. Breakfast was also good with lots of options, and best part of this property is that, city centre was very near and walkable.. I will look forward to stay again here during my future visit..

Great place to stay from the freindly, knowledgeable staff greeting you with cookies, to a warm relaxing pool. This hotel is not luxurious, but it is clean, comfortable, and lovely. All this before you even try out the free 'continental' breakfast. Best free brekkie I ever had at a hotel. Nice clean dining room, multiple of choices both hot and cold including make your own giant fluffy waffles and fresh fruit. The staff kept replenishing the offerings right up to closing time at 10:30 am. If you are looking for a family freindly, warm inviting hotel at a very good price..this is the place to get that bang for your buck!! Oh, and only 5 mins from Clifton Hill and 3 mins from the Waterpark. Little gem.

Excellent place to stay for a quick weekend getaway. Went with family, got the suite which accommodated everyone. Clean, staff was polite and explained everything. The breakfast staff serving were very friendly and great service. Cleaned tables quickly to accommodate. Catered the food quickly at rush time. Only parking fee was high. Overall Excellent.

Great stay from beginning to end! The suite was so great for a family, very nice and spacious. Breakfast was tasty, and lots of choices. The kids loved the fresh baked cookies. The pool was okay but everything else that we loved made the decent pool not so bad.

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel. This year we had 2 rooms for myself, hubby and 5 grandkids, ages 4-14. Friendly front desk staff, accommodated my request for interconnecting rooms. Rooms are a decent size, nice bathrooms, comfy beds and pillows. Great location and walkable to virtually all attractions and the Falls. Lovely warm pool. An excellent complimentary breakfast. It was VERY busy at breakfast during our stay, but the ladies working in the breakfast room did a fantastic job keeping the food stocked and the tables clean. Highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.
