Homewood Suites Rochester Henrietta

Property was fine, a bit dated, but still had everything needed. Main reason I booked was pool for the kids. When we showed up the pool was closed. I guess they had an incident the night before, but was told the pool would be open within an hour. 3 days later when we checked out it still wasn't open. Every time I asked was told I have no idea what's going on, its closed. When I asked about a credit for the pool being closed was told contact Expedia.

The king suite was decent. Loved the kitchen. We were excited to use the pool, as this was one of the things we were looking for with two little kids. Unfortunately, while we were told it was heated, the water was frigid on the first day we were there. I called the front desk, who promptly called their engineer and followed up. Apparently the pool had just been refilled, and takes a few days to warm up. All good, but sounds like a lack of communication between the engineer and the front desk. The staff were very friendly though. The continental breakfast was very good. Overall, we had a good stay.

Our room wasn’t ready at check in time. Wasn’t going to be ready for a long time. This was very disappointing since we have a baby who needs to sleep

Nice ambiance, clean and friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised the pool was nice and warm for my baby and toddler to swim in! My kids had a great time and enjoyed the breakfast food as well.

This property was the dirtiest I have ever seen. The room reeked of horrible air freshener that was trying to mask cigarette smoke. We changed our room once due to the smell and broken toilet. The hotel was full due to families moving kids into college, so there weren’t many options. I think a college frat house would be cleaner than this place! We will never stay there again.

This is a great place to stay for families of all sizes. The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good, and the suite is conveniently located near Cracker Barrel, Walmart, Best Buy, Target, and more! I highly recommended it!

The facility was overall nice, pool was small. Check in time was supposed to begin at 3. I brought my young child around 3 in hopes of giving her a nap, but we weren’t able to check in until after 4:30. We had to sit in the lobby for over an hour and a half as we kept getting false hope about it almost being ready.

Comfortable room with nice kitchen and living area if traveling v with family. BBQ grills on site for cooking. Staff is very friendly.

Was on a family trip staying at hotel with my sister and great nieces. All in all, our stay has been great beginning with the check-in process. Last evening my sister screamed at the sight of a cockroach crawling across the microwave. She was able to trap and kill it. I called the front desk to inquire about removing the kitchen trash from the room and was instructed to place it outside the door. I also reported the sighting of the cockroach and was instructed to take a photo. I retrieved the dead smashed bug from the trash and snapped a photo . I did inquire about changing our room since this type of insect can proliferate and infest our luggage and belongings. I understood another 2 bedroom room was not available. Also, was not informed upon check in that our room would not be serviced daily. Called front desk @ 6pm on 2nd day of our stay. Was informed that room would not be serviced and I could come to front desk for clean towels.
