Hotel was staff was friendly. Pool was dirty lots of parties with kids. Room was fine for one night. Would not stay more than that.

I, my mother and several family members stayed at the Holiday Inn-Rochester Marketplace. We were there for a graduation and happy with our accommodations.

Staff were welcoming and professional. Booked a suite for 4. Very small, and charged an extra $30 per night which I was not aware of. Had read reviews of issues with the pool, so I verified that it was fixed prior to booking. Also informed it was upon check in. Unfortunately that information was wrong and I had disappointed children. Offered breakfast coupons as a makegood, however those were already paid for in my rate. Breakfast was plentiful and nice; however ends at 9:30 and not allowed to take anything to room. The room was clean. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable and blankets thin. Fridge quite loud but we just unplugged it. All in all, not value for what we paid.

It was an adequate hotel. There as lots of noise from kids playing in the halls and running around. My favorite thing was Sticky Lips BBQ, a great restaurant next door!

If you book through Expedia, you are not eligible for rewards. The room I had was not well cleaned. The maid never came in the three days I was there, forcing me to go ask for towels and toilet paper for my family. Light bulbs and one remote were missing. Food scraps and wrappers were in the fold out bed. Breakfast was mediocre at best. I usually enjoy stays with holiday inn but this location was not great.

The hotel is centrally located and the staff is friendly. It’s fine for a quick stay with the family. Walmart is down the block.

The sheets had stains on them. No soap in the washroom, the room was very small. Hard to move around in. There also was 2 buses parked outside our window that left their motor running all night and was very loud. We had a baby who was kept up all night by the noise as well as the rest of us. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

The staff did not allow me to take my children to the pool, as only two parents are allowed. I was not allowed to take a finish a small box of cereal out of the breakfast room, or bring breakfast upstairs for my still sleeping children. I was also charged double and spent an extremely long time trying to get someone on the phone to sort it out.
